Been following these reviews since Day 1 and wanted to say the information has been helpful thus far, thanks, and of course keep it coming. The GolfWRX logo on the shafts is a very cool touch. I'm still using the Speeder TS 6.2 and 8.2, which I love, but will hopefully pick up a Black, or even a Blue, at some point to try.

Lol. I'm not in the picture. It's from their website. But, around here, baseball caps are common place in all weather conditions. Even simulated :)

Cold as all get out and my greens are covered until Thursday here.

 

 

In the meantime, I think I may pull the TM tip off of it and thrown an Adams tip on. Adams Fast 12 LS is my all time favorite driver and always seems to end up back in the bag within a month of trying out a different driver. I think that will be the best way for me to give the Atmos a fair shake down. This way I can also test against my 6.2 TS, as it still does and always will have an Adams tip on it.

If you're a high ball hitter, I think it'd be a great fairway shaft. If you're anything but, you're better off going with the Blue or Red. IMHO. Sunday, when I played, I noticed that my launch on the Black was lower than it was on Saturday. More of a mid/mid-low than a mid/mid-high like it was on Saturday. I was definitely swinging better on Sunday too so I would say that's more of the true ball flight.

I updated post #6 with a minor update on the range. The Atmos definitely performed better today.

That's what I like to hear - I need to test the Black because with 100% certainty a Blue or Black is going in my 3W.

After a flightscope session, the ball speed, launch, and accuracy was spot on, but slightly spinnier than id prefer. On worse swings tho, the ball wanted to go left - which is not my favorite miss. Feel is phenomenal. Will have to judge this outdoors to see if the flightscope results translate to course.

Yes, however I launch the ball high -- I still hold greens. any higher than that and I'd have issues in wind.

Just received mine as well. Shout out to the guys at Fujikura for that. This is my first experience with a Fujikura shaft and the company as well and it's been a real positive experience. I definitely won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone going forward.
