Am i the only one who notice the sandwiches n snacks are cheap? You can get a sandwich for those prices at the local 7/11.....

During an interview, August National Chairman Billy Payne referred to the patrons as "fans". I am surprised this hasn't caused a huge uproar.

 

"We do believe that the world's best players will be tested appropriately, and provided the weather cooperates, we expect another compelling competition and hopefully the excitement our fans will come to expect."

Apparently, according to a Golf Digest tweet I just saw, Dustin Johnson was injured in a freak accident falling on the stairs at his rental house this afternoon and may not play.

I was there Monday and Tuesday. On the back of the badges under Section A, it reads as follows:

 

"Tickets are valid only for the date indicated on face of the ticket. Augusta National Inc. reserves the right to suspend the tournament or close the golf course because of adverse weather conditions or for other safety reasons. In such situations, no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements will be made".
