Anyone know what shafts these come with? Couldn't find it in the description. The ones on eBay seem to be 60/40 between Dynamic Gold and Project X.

Shafts are probably DG S300/ R300. Used sets are going cheap too. Shop around.

Okay maybe I haven't completely resisted yet. Has anyone hit these and can compare them to a Wilson FG Tour V4/V6 or a Mizuno MP-25?

I've owned 3 sets of the 588 series, all CB, ALL MB and then a combo set.. (yes i have problems).

Now, i currently game V4's, love everything about them. FEEL i'll give to the 588's, but I could really go either way. To be honest when i saw this deal i was tempted to buy them and just reshaft them (i liked them that much when I had them), but i'm getting comfy with the V4's now.

From address i'd give it to the v4's, the toe on the 588's bugged me.

Ditto. 3 sets of 588CB's for me and 2 sets of V4's. Both are excellent. I only give the nod to the V4's because I like the DG Pro shafts so much.

When I first saw them on their site yesterday they had stiff flex available. I guess they sold out that quick. I'm not surprised in the least. An absolute steal at that price.

I'm still torn. I do love my V4's but I do wish they were just a touch softer. I also love that they have a gap wedge as part of the set. I don't get along with the DG Pro shaft, so I'm looking at reshafting my V4's or picking up those regular flex 588CB's and reshafting those.
