There has to be an LTD update. Plus all the prices have dropped on the entire F7 line tremendously.

Probably a safe assumption it's the SGI Max Line update. Beginner/Senior oriented clubs.

Cobra has always had a 31-32* 7h in their max GI line (Baffler, XL, Max).

Callaway and Ping offer 30-31* hybrids as well.

Tried to buy LH KING PRO flow set yesterday and was told they are no longer making any more sets (RH&LH).

 

Is there a new set of cb/mb's incoming or am I hooped like when I wanted to pull the trigger on wilson's fg-62's?

 

For the record They had a few sets left of the stock offering with c-tapers but no custom options.

So underrated. Can hit piercing shots with them and the sole grind is one of my favorites. My favorite tweener players/GI model.

I am meeting the Cobra rep in a few hours to show me the new stuff. I am afraid he will just show the new Max line but we will see. I'll report back here when I know :)

Only got to see the Max line... BUT I got some clarifications. LTD will go on to atleast August 2018 even though its on sale. Forged TEC will be replaced, MB/CB will only get a cosmetic makeover. New F8 Series of course and..... PUTTERS!

Well crap. I just picked up the Forged TEC and felt good that I had a current set of irons in my bag. For all of 1 month. These product cycles are crazy. Apex owners have the current set for what 2-3 years, and Forged TEC replaced in 1? In all honesty they really botched the marketing and timing of the forged TEC. Could change the colors, offer unlimited shaft upgrades and probably have a home run to compete against JPX and CF16 for the next 1-2 years.

Forged tecs were released in late 2015 if I recall. Definitely more than one year ago in any case.
