oneaugusta
Hey Guys, I have like new very special Circa 62. This is a cool story. I bought this putter off a member here, the plumber neck had been snapped but the putter had hardly been used and was in excellent condition. I sent it off to Tom Slighter for a very specific type flow neck and tig weld. As you can seee Tom did a terrific job. I then did a one of a kind torched finish called Chromatic Rainbow on carbon steel. Undoubtedly one of the best feeling and best looking Circa's you will ever see Tour or OTR. Circa 62 3#3 with tig welded round flow neck, soft Carbon steel with Chromatic Rainbow finish 352 gram head 4:30 5:00 toe hang 1/2 shaft offset Standard 70 loft and 3 lie 34.5 length Cameron Pistolero gripNO Head Cover includedWilling to adjust length or change out grip of choiceAsking $475Please no trade offersNot interested games or lowball offers. Please don't waste your time and mine. I do not hold items, first to pay gets it. alexdub
Well done augusta! Did this putter start life as black ox carbon, or was it the plated version? oneaugusta
Thought it was just black ox because it was dark shiny black finish but when I started the process I realized it was plated. The plating is still there which gives the body no maintenance, neck will need oiled. oneaugusta
Has the face been remilled???No it has not, it is original. One tell tale sign if a putter has been re-milled is the stamp depth "Scotty Cameron" on the face, this putter face and stamping is original Some of these had a different look to the milling, not sure why. mmckee02
I hate to be Debbie Downer, but I am fairly certain this started off as a fake Cameron putter. The face milling is off and the engravings are not the correct fonts..

I have been refinishing Circa's for quite some time now and can tell you some of them have different face milling. As far as the fonts go you better do a google image search and show me how they are off before being a Debbie Downer. This is something you should have ask me in a pm sir. Titleist-Golfer
I get what you are saying by depth of "Scotty Cameron" on heap of face, but those letters are milled/machined not stamped. Only some tour putters have stamped letters. Absolutely beautiful putter. Fantastic milling in great shape as well. Fantastic milling in great shape as well.Yes, you are correct about them being milled and not hand stamped lettering, just wanted to point out that when a face has been re-milled the lettering will be faded or gone completely after re-mill. I have all progress pictures of how it looked before refinish in it's original condition if this would help.
