Next week he'll sign for PXG and state they are the best clubs he's ever used and he's gained 15 yards off the tee with an amazing driver and he and Paige will be doing commercials together.

 

On a serious note yes swing looks good, nice lines and rhythm but it's a swing of an old man, he just won't be capable of going at it 100% and that will frustrate the crap out of him, will turn in to a Fred Funk type of player being 60 yards or more behind the big boys and game over that's assuming if he even attempts to get back.

Paige is a sure fire way for Tiger to relapse with his sex addiction. She checks all his boxes.

1) She's female

2) She's blonde

3) Skinny with boobs

 

He doesn't need to deal with sex addiction problems right now. He also has substance abuse addiction issues to focus on, back rehab, left knee rehab, achillies rehab, shoulder rehab, glute rehab, getting his speed back, getting in reps, and his new found love of twitter and instagram to focus on.

 

So stay away Paige. Stay away from the entire state of Florida. And definitely, definitely, don't ever text Tiger between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM. HE WILL, no matter what, DRIVE TO SEE YOU.

I can't tell from that video but he DID bring back that closed stance pull cut driver off the tee that he used to play a lot back in the earlier days. I think he scrapped it in the later 2000's because of how much strain it put on his left knee, but he has since brought it back at least as of his short 2015 campaign.

 

 

You can see @2:43 that he is lined up pretty squarely down the left center of the fairway but pulls the ball all the way over towards that first tree on the left. If you were only to see the first few frames of the ball flight off the tee then you'd think he pulled it a mile left.

Let's be honest.... Tiger was more dominate in sex addiction days. Probably a certain level of comfort when you're banging a different broad in every city.

If he can play and practice pain free then hes got a chance of competing. Another tournament at best I say, but no major.

 

If I had to put my life on it, I'd say he's done though.

I dont really think its hating. I think its more facts that Tiger has had back issues in the past couple of years that has left him unable to compete in a full season. Each year it is something with his back that he needs surgery or some type of layoff where he can rest and recover. Rest and recover=not playing in tournaments, not playing in tournaments=not as tournament ready, not as tournament ready=not winning. Again, I'd love for him to compete and just be healthy, a win in any tournament is just icing on the cake, but with his back issues, him getting older, and any progress forward results in taking 5 steps back, the golfing world especially for Tiger fans, have to realize or accept that him making any type of "full" recovery has very little to no chance at all.

 

I say he plays only Majors and maybe some WGC events. But then again, he needs tournaments to get back into the swing of things.

As someone with back problems, albeit not as severe as Tigers, it still hinders my game to points where sometimes I just have to leave the course. Some days I don't feel anything, some days I don't want to get out of bed. I want him to come back but lets be real folks.
