Perhaps. The few ive ever seen appear brand new. No creases and the sole has no wear marks. They might also be unused returns. Or simply excess inventory? Who knows 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Picked up Nike Zoom Victory 2 in Edwardsville IL. They had a 13 as well. Both black with white swoosh.

yeah I do not think they are “refurbished”. I’m not sure what a refurbished shoe would look like but I found this description of stores like Burlington:

 

”Off price retailers are defined as the stores that purchase manufacturer seconds, overruns and off season output runs at less than the wholesale price for the purpose of reselling them at less discounts to the customers. Customers prefer to buy branded products at discounted prices.”

So at worst I think they are “seconds” that may have some probably insignificant imperfection. 
 

I read an employee of Burlington that said the shoes do have boxes also, but they remove them so there is more space on the shelves.

More ZIT%s at Burlington. (Murrieta, CA). Got the White with Blue bubble/spikes. 23.99 (clearance) and the original white 10.5 29.99. Tons of sizes mainly in the OG white colorway. All 29.99, I got lucky with the White/Blue that are retail at dicks. Go get em. Will Add Pics Later

Has been pretty dead on the footwear side. I think the window for all the good stuff has closed. I am finding apparel pretty much just polos and 1/4 zips at Burlington but that's it really. Haven't seen a ZIT NXT% in a couple months.

I missed the mark. I have a guy selling some size 12s on OfferUp for 60. He won't go lower and might skip on these. They are brand new too

Flippers definitely are. All over GCT and other FB groups. 
 

I don’t know what they were thinking with the toebox on those. It’s so narrow and pointy. Like earlier Lunar Controls. Could have been a great show but they screwed it for anyone without narrow feet.
