Interesting leaderboard. Eight of the top 10 are in their 20's, with the average age of the top 10 being a tad over 27. Leader Beau Hossler, 23, is the youngest.

 

This is Beau's second 36-hole lead in his first full year on TOUR, the other coming at Pebble Beach where he shot 74-76 over the weekend to finish t43. His final round scoring average this season is an atrocious 73.40 which ranks 188th on TOUR.

 

The kids got major game. Wouldn’t surprise me if he won. Has all the tools and is a great guy. Don’t be surprised to see him compete for a major in the next few years

Would like to see Dunne sticking around over the weekend. I can't see him winning but then I said that at the British Masters last year and he went out and shot 61 to beat McIlroy.

I can definitely see him winning. Powerful young lad who did show a lot of competence last year on the EU tour. The one of the Irish guys on the top tours that feels really Irish. Rough.

Soooo why is there no coverage on PGA Tour Live today or tomorrow? It appears that we don't get updates until 1pm central? (golf channel at that point) I can't remember the last time I didn't watch PGA Tour Live on Saturday morning (and sneaking some glances at church on Sunday hah)

“The 50 leaders on the Official World Golf Ranking published during the week prior to the current Masters Tournament.” Reading that, it sounds like you had to be top-50 by last Monday. Anyone confirm that?

Yes it was last Monday's (March 25) Top 50. It looks like it is shaping up to be a big battle among the "win to get in" crowd.
