How to remove this iron weight?

Looking for options on how to remove this weight? I know they are in with loctite, but heating and threading the screw in it will not budge. I cannot get a pliers on it either. Please see the attached photo.

I used to have a set of those, and the "weight" is already removed. What you have there is the female part of what the weight screws into. Not sure how to remove that, or for reason you would really want to? The weight is the piece that screws into that.

The weight is what is left stuck in the head. If you notice it has a small "13" stamped on it for weight. The screw and weight cover have been removed, but this is still threaded in. I just reshafted these and want to change to a lighter weight for swingweighting.

I'm not going to argue, just going on memory, but as best I can recall the "changeable" weights were the ones you already have removed. I'm only guessing here, but the internal weights you have pictured were used to make up for manufacturing tolerances to get the heads to "standard" weight, then the easily changed weights that you've already removed were used for fine tuning swing weight on different length builds. At least that is what I was told.
