Issue is, the F8+ will probably go down to $120-$150 in a month or so and could get an even better Baffler with a better stock shaft for a few dollars more. But you can’t go wrong with this deal if you don’t have one already.

I've played mine with the stock shaft and like it. I have been toying with having a something different put in just for comparison sake. I am not sure what some of the popular reshaft options were other than maybe Hzrdus black.

Hey Tyus, this club is really really good. I had my first one with stock shaft and liked it, but knew the shaft wasn’t “for me”....I still have 2 in the bag one set at 16 with a Tour Blue shaft and another set at 19 with a Hzrdus Red. They’re both bombers for me

The stock is ok. Little loose maybe.

 

Lots of people put hybrid shafts in it. I have one with an Elements 75 fairway shaft and one with a Tour Blue 85 hybrid shaft.

I have both and the baffler is much easier to elevate than the F7 IMO. I have just now pulled the F7 and replaced with the baffler at 16* as a result. I think I like the smaller head and deeper face a bit more. Also, I don't think the 20% was supposed to apply as it seems it is now gone.

This site near the end of season is always dangerous for me - I’ve made multiple purchases in the last few weeks. That said, I finally got to unbox got the baffler yesterday and it looks legit. I’m excited to give it a try as I think the shorter length will help me.

I guess there aren't any issues with putting a hybrid shaft adapter into this fairway adapter? I guess if they are both the same size that should be ok? I just have a few spare hybrid and fairway shafts, so will experiment around with this one.

Nope. Hybrid adapter is different. Hybrid uses a larger shaft. If you want a hybrid shaft you have to sand it down and install in a fwy adapter.
