I don’t enjoy all of the characters of golf but they each in their own way make this sometimes bland game more interesting. I can’t think of any that I wish were gone. Even some I detest spark my interest. Who are your characters of golf, good and bad? Past and present.

One of the good guys but a "character" that liked to do practical jokes and give the needle. I remember his friends talking about him at his funeral and saying that he had turned his life around with family and faith.

A great fiery competitor in her day. Suzanne Peterson kind of reminds me of her and even Dottie Pepper. She was famed for swearing in Swedish on the course.
