agood3putt
I would love to get my hands on a raw set when the SM8's come out. I kind of regret my decision getting the Jet Black SM7's the finish looks good but I think the raw would look better. However they do it because they can. I have no idea what their sales numbers are but I have to think they’re selling plenty at the price they’re at now. I wish I could just get a raw (or oil can) Vokey for the normal retail price but I doubt we’ll ever see it again. Another reason why my next set of wedges will most likely be the T20s. No upcharge for raw and a wide selection of shafts.

Ski5280
I’ll be in the market for some new wedges next year, and right now it’s a toss up between the SM8 and the T20. Is it true Mizzy’s come standard with S400’s?

Glad they're going back to the traditional wedge shaping. I never liked the weight redistribution, especially in the lob, and went away from Vokeys for this very reason. There is a cold forged vokey (Asian market) and vokey released a 3 piece setup in Asia too. The only reason Acushnet released those is due to high demand in the JDM for forgings. The vast majority of the USDM could not care less nor are they willing to pay more for a forging vs casting.
