What's your drink of choice on the course on a summer day?

You know, it really depends on what set of tees I'm playing.

 

Mainly it's Coors Light. That's my go to for 1:00 starts on a normal day, unless we're starting early then that's ok too.

 

I have been doing a lot this one drink here in the Summertime when it's gets to be 117 degrees. Not so much because of the heat but the really cool cup I got to drink it out of from the 99 Cents only store. It's really tall and holds a lot. Has a straw. It's blue!

Oh, it's Vodka, Cranberry, Lemonade, Gingerale, but the special kind that's citrus infused, and then if I'm feeling fancy I put in some Chambord. That purply stuff in the bottle that looks like a royal hand grenade. Or Faberge' egg. YMMV.

 

But the one I really like is the 7:30 tee time when I get to have Trulys! The only thing is it HAS to be in a clear plastic cup and HAS to be poured over ice. And ONLY that rabbit sh*t kinda ice. The little chunky stuff. Not the big cubey stuff.

When we played Erin Hills a few years ago...the cart girls had a drink called Fescue Rescue that was outstanding! Crown, Ginger Ale, Lemonade. It's the goto those extra hot days in AZ.
