I had heard from a friend who works at Ping that it is planned for a summer 2020 release, he said there were 2 irons coming so I assume the other will be a G410 replacement.

Frankly there is plenty of options. i210, i500 and G410 are supposed to be updated.

I’d look for it to be i500 replacement. The idea sold alot of units. Just needs refining a bit. No chance it isn’t one of the irons coming this summer.

I spoke to a Ping rep Friday and asked about an Iblade replacement. He didn't know anything. he said people have been asking about it for months and there was nothing he was aware of. Now, I am not too surprised as this rep is not the best when it comes to that type of thing. He has some of the worst product knowledge of any of the OEM reps I have spoken with. Or, it could be the very typical Ping gag order and he know's who his daddy is and is not talking about it.

Unlikely. If anything it will probably be i500 and i210 replacements because as of July they will 24 months old. I'd wager one or both will incorporate the stealth finish of the G710. G410 will probably get a facelift in Feb of 2021, right on schedule.

I might hold off on my T100S order next month to see what Ping has in store for us this summer.

Amen to that. I have been asking someone who is on Ping's consulting staff if any new releases have been coming but he does not have any info that he can share.

I am thinking that the 59 nomenclature is not by accident, the S59 being the first of its kind for Ping - a smaller players CB. May be a players CB with less offset in longer irons.

This thread contains enough rumored information for me to wait to see before another iron purchase. I have a set of iBlades (got them used) that has some miles on em. I was thinking of going back to the i210s because I do think they look and play really good but prefer a slightly smaller profile like the iBlades.
