What happened to this putter?

Bought this brand new at the beginning of the year. Barely used it and noticed this over the weekend. It's like there is some coating on the putter peeling off. The thing looks terrible.

I contacted Bettinardi support and am waiting to hear back.

Moisture trapped in HC caused that. Bettinardi will not help.....Ask how I know

I had a Queen B with the purple/blue finish and it did the same thing after babying it and keeping it pristine. From seeing many B's on this site as well as other Betti's it seems that is a pretty common happening with them all. Id be very surprised if they would offer any kind of assistance, but who knows cant hurt to ask

Bettinardi is replacing it.

Went to Bettinardi Studio B and they were kind enough to do a fitting and replace the putter. Apparently the first 50-100 Queen B putters had this issue.

I actually think the putter looks cool that way. Patina is in.

Actually they are replacing the replacement, I should get it very soon.
