As I watched the dog chasing his tail, I thought dogs are easily amused.

 

Then I realized I was watching the dog chase his tail.

Love setters.  An old girlfriend had a Gordon and an English.  I stayed together with her for the dogs.

Me too brother. This old man made it to 13 and I enjoyed him for every minute of it. I've had several and he's my favorite, bar none.

My little guy's Jedi Master will be 14 on St. Patrick's Day.

 

Here he both in his prime and now.

There are cat people and dog people. I’ve had a dog in my life since before I can remember things. I’ve had different breeds from pound mutts to a state champion police K9. Once you experience the benefits of having a canine companion it’s something that is hard to do without, thus most dog owners end up getting a new buddy once their old friend leaves.

 

i am now on my 3rd Golden. I had a couple of Jack Russells after my working dog died but at this time of my life I enjoy the calmness of the Goldie breed. My wife has 2 Weiner dogs who are no where near anything resembling calm. Having 3 dogs at once is sometimes hectic, but worth it.

I don't know how my name got attached to these pics, as I was trying to make a comment to RSinSG about Jack Russell Terriers.  Anyway....I had a Jack Russell terrier once, but only for 3 yrs, she had kidney failure & had to be put down.   But....we learned that the only GOOD Jack Russell is an exhausted Jack Russell.  They need tons of heavy-duty exercise!  🙂
