Slice, we are almost at the point where it doesn't matter what you say.-) i'm working up the prospectus to send you within a day or two, and you can add or delete chapters/topics/subtopics as you see fit. I'm just rereading some of your more detailed posts/emails/ etc. for thoughts on how to best organize the material. and if you think this is a joke, let me remind you of one thing...any golf book publisher in the world would jump at this, given the enthusiastic response already recorded on this thread and other threads where people have wanted the more detailed, organized, book-length version of your experience and insight.

OK, enough about this for now. Slice, I'll email you or give you a ring within the next couple-three days and we'll work out the details. As of now, the project is officially a go...

I couldn't find the sign-up link/button on his website.......could you help? ;)
I am in line for one copy

As a matter of fact, I may be able to help translate it to Chinese :cheesy: Slice, you won't worry about the market then... Golf in China, hmmm, a huge and burgeoning market. :cheesy:

You guy's are a mess..........I'm truly honored that ANYone would think that what I have to say is worthy of printing from this site, much less paying for it in published book form.......it's an honor though.......thx....... ;) We ARE working on a website though, but, it won't be nearly as nice as Brian Manzella's, etc.......just a single forum for BS'n.......place for me to post footage to "demonstrate" what I believe using Hogan footage, etc....."show the puzzle in motion"........"break down each piece" (and there ain't many.....:cheesy:).....Page demonstrating different drils to ingrain an important 'motion"/"piece of the puzzle......demo different "options" to help adapt the base "model" to most people..........drills for different problems using some of the "stuff" I use and how to make it.......Page to drop down some video for analysis, etc......I don't want a "complicated" site with a bunch of "bells and whistles"........just a site that "cut's to tha' chase" and trys to helps people with their game.......:cheesy:

Anyway, thank you for the kind sentiments as I truly appreciate them........

I'd need several copies and will pay in advance if it helps move the idea forward.

I can't wait for the new website either! Hopefully we'll get to see that before the book is published.

Yep, went to the TN vs. LSU game about 5 or 6 years ago in BR........LSU goes up like 24 - 3 at halftime.......TN comes roaring back and they end up in OT......Davey throws a TD in OT to win...........friggin' "Wasted Cajun's" just about torched the stadium.........both goal posts, DOWN.........people tearing out chunks of turf to keep........I've been to a bunch of Cowby/Oiler games........Marvericks/Rockets........TX-OU several times......Cotton Bowl.......and I've NEVER experienced an "atmosphere" like that game........exciting would be the UNDERstatement of ALL time........ :cheesy:

BTW, thank's to all who posted the kind comments........I'm honored by them...... ;)

1. I will buy the book
2. I will LOVE the website

I do have a question that goes to the original part of the post. The weight distribution change makes a lot of sense, with the whole point to make the swing easier. My big question is how does a golfer keep the weight at the proper distribution. For example I will play some awful holes and realize my weight has been off, for a variety of clubs. So I guess my question is, how do you moitor wight distribution, especially when changing it between clubs? Does it revolve aroung a static ball position?

thanks!

More or less, yes.........I prefer about a 4" - 5" "window" in regards to ball position.........from the instep of the left foot/heel back towards the center of the stance ("center" between the HEELS....not the toes).......for all "stock shots" anyway........obviously, for any iron shot you want to REALLY compress the ball will be further back with the weight "set" more LEFT (righty)........opposite for a driver, tee'd high, with the intention of flying a 150' pine tree..........you need to just "play around with it a bit"........ya' gotta' find what's right for YOU.........but, it will be in the "window"/"grey area".........now, as for a knockdown under a cedar branch that's 4' off of the ground and 15' away from you you'd obviously play it further back, etc. etc. etc........... :)
Would it also be right to say the weight naturally redistributes with longer irons / woods and drive, because the stance widens?
Well, no, as you can widen the stance and keep the spine on the same tilt so the weight would would stay basically the same relative to the ball/low point of the ARC.......once get the basic SET UP "angles" down the feeling is your "leaning" your whole body one way or the other (left knee flex increases/right decreases = more weight left.........less left and more right = more weight right.......also, more weight left - stance more open........more weight right - stance closes).......

I totally get what you are saying, by "natural" I meant comfortableness. I doubt I would feel comfortable hitting a 6 or 3 iron with 90% of my weight forward, but a wedge would probably feel right that way depending on ball position. I was just getting at the point that the weight distribution naturally fluctuates through the set. BUT the biggest thing I get from your preferred set up angles is that you prefer more weight forward than I think I was playing with - and I cant wait to try it.
