Thanks for the heads up!  I still appreciate Srixon shipping the rest of the irons instead of holding them up for one club.

Ordered Modus 105X 1*up.  Fully expected a long wait and received shipping confirmation 4 days later! I did make sure through the shop I placed the order that all components were in stock.

Got word from my the proshop my irons are in! Had back to back meetings all day today and tomorrow so wont get to pick up my weapons until Friday. Feel like I might need a day off from work to really test them out on the course 😛

Didn't get the day off, too rainy/stormy. Did manage to pick them up and have a hit between rain. I did get a few hits in at the range with the PW, 7 and 4 iron and I am in love! They feel amazing. Also the pro-shop sold me at discount one of their last Srixon Tour Cart Bag too so that was nice!

 

I still need to sort out a wedge to gap the PW and my 58 degree as we (Fitter and myself) did opt not to go the ZX stock AW. Considering looking at any of the Cleveland line up, find another Cobra MIM that's suitable or wait until Mizuno come back to the course and do a wedge fitting for Mizuno es21's.

Nice…yeah, they’re absolutely amazing! For what it’s worth, I loved my ZX7’s so much that I ordered the set AW afterwards, and it’s absolutely amazing as well!

 

The only thing I’ll say about the set AW is that it doesn’t spin as much or launch as high as specialized Gap Wedges, especially on partial swing, but I LOVE it for full swings, which is what I use it for the most.

 

Ended up getting 56* and 60* TaylorMade MG3 wedges to go with it, and I’m absolutely loving my iron and wedge setup now!

Had a fitting last Friday (Oct 15) midday.  Fitter ordered ZX4's (7-GW) custom length (+1/4), non standard shaft (Recoil 95) and non standard Lamkin grips with +3 wraps.  Got the call today that my clubs were ready to be picked up.  Way to go Srixon, a total of one week from order to pickup!

Looking at a combo set of ZX5 and zx7. I’m thinking of having the iron loft throughout the set match the ZX5.  I do notice there’s a 2° loft difference in the nine iron and in the pitching wedge and possibly an eight iron I can’t remember. Have any of you done the set up and noticed issues with the balance being negatively affected by bending the ZX 7 2 deg strong?

I received my ZX5's with Recoil Smacwrap F3 shafts within 5 weeks from GOLFUSA. Fantastic job from Drew and Cody for they kept me well informed on the delivery date and went out of there way in helping me make the best choice as I even got to keep my irons till my Zx5's arrived. I think now everything might be delayed regardless of what brand to go with....well except PXG  but I will pass on them

I placed an order for some ZX5s yesterday. Srixon told me that a shipment of new heads and components is imminent and have quoted a 3 week turnaround time.

 

We'll see if that's the case or not.

I finally had to change my shaft order to tour issue X-100's. I did end up buying the loaner set for $650.00 though. I was told that C-tapers are not being produced right now and that was the reason for the delay. Would've been nice to know that sometime between April and October.

Wow… maybe I won’t ever get my shafts changed out… had I known that I would have probably shopped more shafts.

Yeah, both the ZX7 AW and the TM MG3’s are off the charts good!! I’ll be rolling with this wedge setup as long as the grooves are still sharp…love them both!

Called on my ZX5's with MMT 105S yesterday.  Ordered in August, they say the shafts are now not do in until 12/1.  Keep get putting pushed back.  Golf season is just about over, but curious if they ever will get those shafts in?

Did Srixon customer support tell you that about the C-Tapers? I called 2 weeks ago, and they said they were still expecting a shipment around Nov. 15.  They didn't say anything about them no longer being produced. If that's true, it's very frustrating/disturbing.

I am still waiting on my set with C Taper. Just funny you can go on KBS site and buy C Tapers no issue

I was told this by the local rep. I tried to buy C-tapers on the KBS site and they are not available there either. Wish I would've kept my old irons and pulled the shafts. After 5 rounds with the X-100's, They're close to going for sale. Terrible shafts for me.

ZX4 4&5 ZX5 6-AW Modus 105s 1/2" over. Ordered mid Oct,  Srixon says no shafts, maybe end of December. Happy winter is here, unhappy a ship full of shafts is probably sitting off the coast of Cali waiting to be unloaded.

I ordered a set of ZX5’s on 11-08 from PGA Tour Superstore. 5-AW, Recoil 95’s, soft stepped 1x, 2 degree flat. I had chatted with Srixon prior to ordering and found out what grips and shaft’s were available. I wanted Lamkin Sonar Tour grips, which they had and I knew that I was getting graphite shafts, because of hand and back conditions. I’ve been fitted into the Recoils on two occasions, once in the summer for some 921 HMP’s that I didn’t pull the trigger on and now. They were only lacking the 9 iron shaft in the Recoils which evidently just came in. I’ve been given a ship date of 12-03 if not sooner. Thanks to my wife for the wonderful Christmas 🎁

This is in Australia though.
