The Cabot Vibe?

What is the vibe at Cabot relative to the vibe at Bandon? The Bandon vibe is super chill. Want to play a third round at Bandon? No problem. Find an open spot.  

 

I ask the question because the reservations person at Cabot was very cut and dried about what we could do and couldn't do. They could not answer questions about a third round. Me and my golfing friends like to be first off in the morning and the last foursome on the course as the sun goes down. We want zero downtime. For some reason Bandon does that really well. Was wondering about Cabot.

I've been to both and they are pretty close. Case in point, we had tee times at the Nest under the lights and asked if we could go off as an 8-some. Guy said sure, just let anyone behind you through.

 

The biggest difference is that with only two courses and a pretty full tee sheet it's a lot harder to get as many people out on the courses at Cabot. At Bandon there's likely to be a combination of times across the 5 courses that will let you golf all day.

I still believe a 3rd course will be added to Cabot. I know they've enquired about the land between the two courses in the past. Hope it happens one day
