In the year that I've known you, I think you've changed putters every week, drivers and shafts every month. Can't wait to see the makeover. Any hints? Matching the bag with some Amp Forged irons?

Yup..total makeover of pretty much everything. I've played those S3 Forged for over a year. Probably could collect a lot of money from the naysayers who said it would never last. Especially since it was my first US OEM set I used in yearssssssss. It's time to go back where my heart has always been...and I want to do it BIG this time. I think it's going to be a lot of fun and bring some pizazz back to my bag.

Seriously though..many probably will never see the course. The Otey Crisman with hickory shaft that I started golf with. My Grandfathers IMG5, my Dads Pro Plat Mid Slant. Much of my blade collection that I got because I love blade/8802 style putters. My current "gamers" at the moment are my Byron Morgan 8811 and Odyssey Pro Type #6. The rest get rotated in once in a while when I feel those two need a rest.

Thank you much. That OnOff bag and set are super. Everything in that OnOff set up came from the OnOff tour section which included Labospec shafts and Prototype Roddio shafts. My wedges were hand ground Prototype Chikara Wedges. There was a time I only played JDM like OnOff, Tourstage, Fourteen, Honma and Beres till I started trying US OEM's like TM, Cobra and Adams stuff the other year in the daily bag. I'm currently attempting a full makeover with a brand that I haven't played in about 8 years. I'm pretty excited to get back to my "roots". I'm about 75% complete and will be sure to update this WITB with pics and provide full reviews on everything.

Thank you. The Cobra ZL is a great driver. Here's the review I did on it. The review was based on a black head. I happened to test this white head and although the lofts are the same, liked the launch better with the Graphite Design DI 7X. I'm guessing it's tad lower in loft then the black head.

I am currently testing two other drivers at the moment. Which of the 3 will come out on top..that remains to be seen. It'll probably be in my next WITB update.

I went and tested the ZL Encore after reading the review........definitely a bomber! Found it super forgiving as well. Still think it's one of the coolest looking drivers out there - especially the head cover.

Cool! Glad my review helped someone. I think the ZLE is one of the great drivers of 2012 and if more people would put their Cobra feelings aside and try it they'd be very intrigued by it. Super forgiving, and pretty consistent distance.

Pretty soon...patience! LOL..I'm trying to be patient myself waiting for more clubs to arrive....oh..and a bag too. You know how I like everything to be matching. Going to have to figure out embroidery too! When everythings set....including the shafts in the sticks, I will be sure to do a full on update of this topic. So far though the change has been really good. I'm crossing my fingers for the rest of the equipment to do as well.

I'm one of those idiots that had an original Palmer ages ago..but didn't realize the value of it and traded it away. I can't even remember what I traded it for...but I can remember what I lost!

I've been tinkering with the thoughts of getting an original version again..but I've been trying to [b]contro[/b]l the urge of buying more putters.

yeah....I know the irons are pretty already...I figured I'd up the WITB a bit of a notch and get some Hermes head covers. Now...the only thing I'm working on is a new bag...yes..probably Miura. Stay tuned and thanks for looking and commenting.
