Anyone have experience with these training aids? Do you find them useful?

Is that the little rectangular board that shows the divot because of the type of carpet it has and you brush it back to reset?

Lag shot is that hittable club that has a blue noodle shaft?

I don't have a Lag Shot but I do have two Whippy Tempomasters which are basically the same thing. The general concept is learning to hit good shots with a super flexible shaft.

I find this to be really effective in terms of training balance and tempo and using a body-powered swing. To use these clubs correctly you really have to stop manipulating your hands and arms and learn to be patient. It helps your awareness of the entire club during the swing. Any sudden movement will put the club head in an awful position.

With enough practice you learn to set the club at the top and accelerate all the way down.

I can hit the Whippy 6 iron the same distance as my regular 7 iron (the whippy is 20 years old so the length and loft of the 6 is equivalent to today's 7).

I found the divot board somewhat useful for practicing my swing indoors during winter. I don't have an indoor simulator or net, so having some feedback was helpful.  But I don't think the divot board would tell you anything at the range you wouldn't know by looking at your ball flight.

you can still have a straight draw ball with a not so good swing + athletic compensation. IE: divot pointing left.

THere are days I go to a range just for the divot check

Hmmm... I tried with a rope and it doesn't give me enough feedback so I made one of my demo irons about 4lbs overall.

I'd think heavy club like mine vs a noodle shaft would be better?

A heavy club is an interesting tool as well, but I'm not sure if hitting balls with a four pound club will be good for your body.

Oh I don't use it to hit balls at all. Mainly just to ingrain the feel of letting the club go where it wants to go, naturally engage the core muscles, softer hands, and being patient from the top to transition. THen I move on to my clubs to hit balls.

I just think a heavy weighted club is more useful than a whippy club unless it's used just to warm up like the orange whip

To me the advantage of the Whippy club is that you can hit balls with it, and the results you see translate immediately to a regular club. I like the feedback of seeing the ball go. But to each his own!

Does the perfect swing with the noodle iron translate to the correct ball flight and divot?

This is that noodle club that has the blue shaft right?

You guys heard of WInner Spirit Miracle 203 and 205 ?

Seems like a higher quality speed whoosh. That clicking on the top of back swing and downswing intrigues me.
