Or it could be a play on Idaho being one of top producers of potatoes (and one of the major sponsors of the Boise Open grows potatoes) and twice baked is just one way a potato is cooked and served.

Irregardless of those that are adamantly hating them they sold out quickly. I think it is just something fun. By hole 9 I bet there are quite a few golfers looking twice baked from their beverage of choice 🙂
