Personally, I've never been drawn to Callaway clubs but I got a Rogue ST Heavenwood a while ago and waiting on delivery today for a 3W HL... the 7/Heaven has been an absolute godsend for me on my course's par 5s, long par 4's, and even some of the hazard holes with water @ around 230 from the blue tees where I play. Thing goes a solid 200 yds for me, feels and sounds great, and always goes either dead straight or gives me a nice little draw. Makes me feel like the golfer I'm not! Haha.

 

Can't wait for the 3W. Got it on CPO for like $150 with a Tensei Blue shaft, customized to -1/2" length and a brand new grip. The deals through this site are just insane.

Picked up a couple of CBX Zipcores for a crazy low price today.  Blowout pricing with the 20% off of other brands that's going on today.  Like new for about $60 each with graphite shafts.  That's about $100 under list price.  Zipcore 2 must be ready to go and I'm thinking that Cleveland contacted Callaway to help liquidate the old line.  I love those wedges for being stupid easy to hit in most conditions.

What is everyone’s experience with returns vs 90% refund? I’ve always wondered how strict they are about the return policy. It says it has to be in the same condition. If it’s a FW for example in very good, hitting 10-15 balls isn’t going to drop it to good or average. But I notice they put labels either on the face or sole, which I assume is to make sure you haven’t hit them even a couple times. The 90% isn’t bad, I bought 3 wedges and will decide this weekend which 2 I’m keeping, so $8 is a small fee. But on a $220 fairway wood, if you hit it 4-5x and know it’s a bad fit that’s a bit more expensive of a lesson.

I have had reps tell me 'just go hit it and return it' on various scenarios like when I'm getting an exchange for condition. I've also returned clubs without the sole sticker for a full refund. YMMV but IME CPO is not a stickler at all like some other companies may be - hence why their trade-in program is so good.

I've returned a few items and ime they stick to the percentage/time deal.  Hit it and don't expect a full refund but 90% credit will happen.  I've never skymarked something and returned it so I can't comment on that.  Not saying you have just rambling a little.

I got a Paradym head on the Classifieds here on WRX and I must say...don't notice much difference from my trusty Epic Max LS so far. I've compared them a couple of times on the range with my GC3 and numbers are VERY similar. Main thing I've noticed is Paradym feels more firm at impact. Testing still in progress...

I've been looking for a Ventus Red Velocore fairway shaft to try and they have a few listings that show the Red but not sure if they are Velocore or the made for models. I might just have to take a gamble on one to see what arrives.

Why not try calling Cole at the number in the thread and have him check for you? Will save you some hassle and/or wasted money.

Another Cole Lewis shout out.  The guy goes above and beyond routinely.  I had him apply the 50% trade credit towards Paradym to a set of irons that were not listed on Callaway's trade-in site, and he expedited a return credit I had pending to get my order in today.  

 

I also noticed something in his e-mail signature that we can all do to boost him up; that is, send a note to his manager:

He wont do it if it'll get him in trouble with management. I wouldnt worry too much about that. He's well versed in what can and cant be done @ Callaway.

Exactly.  Above and beyond does not equal bad.  It’s making things happen where the website has limitations.  My Miura CB1008 had nice value, they just aren’t loaded in the Trade In Trade Up database.

I think I got one of the LH Tour Issue RogueST LS 3 woods earlier in the week. It has the adjustable hosel but not sure if there is a difference between tour issue and certified. I got it in the mail 2 days ago.
