To be clear, I wouldn't write off CPO either.  Being in Houston, I'm used to placing an order before noon and having it in my hand the next day.  Now, it's 2, sometimes 3, days.  No big deal to me considering they're moving warehouses.  What is a big deal to me is a rep giving some BS excuse about the weather when the weather had absolutely no impact on the issue @stuman74 was calling about.  

 

We also don't hear about the thousands of transactions where people order a club and receive exactly what they ordered.  We only hear about it when things go wrong.  I have been seeing more of those lately though.  Hopefully they can get everything moved and inventoried soon and back to the well-oiled machine it used to be.

Does anybody know when the website is going to be updated on inventory and when they’re going to add shafts back on there?  The fairway wood section has slim pickings and I might need to buy a new shaft if I buy one. Can’t wait for it to be back the way it was hopefully soon.

I heard it could be 'months' back in December.

 

Theyre still having huge issues with trades/returns/etc so who knows.

I hope they do a 50% trade in bonus at Preowned, definitely would like to get an AI Max again, but like an idiot, sold it last year.

I was browsing putters last night and about to pull the trigger on an ai milled and wasn't paying attention and clock struck midnight and price jumped 30% 🥵

They must be in the weeds at hq- I placed an order 1/19 and no update or shipment as of 1/28.

To be honest, i havent really looked recently either. It has turend from the garage sale we love to just a kohls golf store where old inventory go and there is a slight discount

Yeah, I’ve been out of the game since Magnolia drop as well, haven’t ordered anything since then. 
 

Did get a random 20% off coupon last week. Make CPO great again, need the clearance section back & TC drops.

When did they stop selling shafts?  Used to browse and buy fairway and driver shafts fairly regularly to test out.  Always had a good bunch of Ventus / Graphite Design , etc.

I noticed that yesterday as well. Had to start looking on 2ndSwing and ProClubs, and those deals are not nearly as good.

Warehouse had to relocate a few months ago, they aren’t fully operational back to old standards as of yet. Most of the new stuff being uploaded are mostly Callaway stuff with the occasional other brands. Since the move, have only seen two shafts pop up randomly, Velo blue+ and an IZ

I know what you mean! Cole is probably wondering what happened to me. Went from talking to him every week to hardly even logging onto CPO website.

The reps work on commission IIRC - Cole has to be getting hit hard. Feel bad for the guy.

I ordered an item from CPO for the first time Sunday night.  It shipped this morning (Tuesday).  So no big delay in shipping.

Ordered a 5w last thursday, but still no shipping confirmation.  I did see somewhere what it said that orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

Placed an order for AI Smoke Triple Diamond Max driver and Ai Smoke Max  3 wood at 6pm yesterday.  Got a notification at 2:30 today that the clubs shipped.

In a bit of defense of CPO I bought a like new Jailbird, it shipped in 5 business days and is in pristine condition, in the plastic.
