Haha, the opposite actually. I have an in and out policy. Only a few things sitting around that are for sale on ebay but nothing extra really. Wish I could say the same for my wife's junk.

Do remember when the whole Callaway main site was "down" (when you force enabled scrolling, they were "up" again..) when the new apexes were released. Just hate it when multibillion dollar companies take their cybersecurity so lightly and all our personal information end up on some hacker's server.

Another "We weren't vigilant so you need to be" email.  Soon to be followed by a snail mail version of the same I'm sure.  Every time it's happened to me a subcontracted third party is blamed.  Every time I get notified it's well after the fact.  SMH.

 

Things like this is why I make different passwords for different sites.

Ok, so I had a trade delivered to them today around 11am and just got the trade completed email tonight just after 9pm.  Are they even inspecting or just going off box delivery to their dock?  Either way, gonna be tough to beat that! 🙂

Free. Tbh they dont even ask nor care why you're returning an item anymore as long as its within 14 days of receiving it. I've returned a dozen items in the last few months and they dont even ask.

I ordered a TC Rogue Max driver and received it yesterday. There are no markings on the driver and I thought it should have a TC serial number. Am I wrong about that?

I have one from CPO as well, the TC serial should be in the corner by the adjustment screw.

No, using the points doesnt downgrade you. I have been a platinum member for years and I use my points every time I get like $40+ of them.

So I just dumped like $500 on points on the x2 trade in (grabbed Paradym GW to active it) to test the new Apex ‘24 pros (along with a backup set of Recoil Dart 105s that I really vibe with) 

 

Aside from trade in point increase we get, is there any other perks I haven’t really gotten/taken advantage of being a plat status?

lol no it kinda sucks. Free shipping at CPO is probably the best perk tbh.

 

Callaway is supposed to give platinum members 'access to limited products' or some such but I've never seen anything like that - only a few emails to enter a raffle for staff bags every few months.

 

IMO Taylormade has a far superior loyalty program than Callaway with access to cool stuff and freebies they send out.

Thanks for posting this. I called Cole to order an X because I have been wanting to try one. I was too slow as someone else called in and bought all the putters.
