Maybe. Call and ask. The phone reps have incentive to do it prior to rodering for you since they get commissions, CS not so much but its possible they will apply it for you.

 

I've run into certain times where I want something but just have to forego the discount to get it.

Has anyone had any luck ordering putters in "Good" condition? It's been years since I ordered a putter from CPO but I would order Toulons in Very Good and they'd look like that had been banging around in a golf bag for years.

Overall good luck, but obv it varies. I've ordered "Very good" stuff that showed up wrapped in plastic and I've ordered "average" condition wedges that simply have a raw finish but that otherwise had ~1 season of average use.

 

With CPO's return policy, it's pretty low stakes to just request a refund if it shows up not to your standards

Specifically referring to putters and mostly milled putters. I've had great luck with everything but putters. After returning 3 Toulons years ago I gave up on buying them from CPO.

Funny to see but I guess we shouldnt be surprised right.

 

Looks like trade in value is $85 - if you got 2X trade lets call it $170 and they list it for $220. Even if someone for 20% off theyre still making a few bucks. And when they do the 2X promo its only on their own new Callaway products which obviously have huge margins so I'd bet theyre making more than $10 at the end of the day on all these trades.

 

I've seen a few posts across the net to the tune of "how are they making money on this" so this is just a small example.

Yeah, The Products you trade-in to on the main website at retail prices have insanely huge margins as well. Callaway def ends up in the green in the end.

Haven’t owned Callawayclubs in a number of years. The 2x trade in got me into 2 new woods and may keep me there with the trade in values next time. It’s a great way to go.

I play a set of these and IMO they are great irons.  Very strong lofts, but easy to hit.

I’d assume so, unless there are more that are unlisted. This was in the clearance section and actually surprised no one had snagged it for a few days since it was at 7 or 8% off when I saw it.

Clearance/Single Irons 

I was surprised you missed it when you shared links like the 4 Irons. Actually snagged it at like 6 or 7% off (without calling CS) since it was $110. I knew from a previous post like a year ago that 25* were the TCs from that guy that snagged one at PIAG. Listing had “Tour Issue” in the details, which is surprising. 
 

Im pissed that I was on the golf course and was playing phone tag with rep trying to grab the Miura CBs at a great price, got home and they were gone.
