Dozens of posters in this thread buy and return items monthly without issue. 

 

I have a return rate of like 1 of 5 orders from CPO - knowingly and uncaringly - and the RMA process is the best in the business of any OEM or second hand seller.

 

I have never had to argue anything outside of a "condition refund" where I had to supply photos and speak with CS to receive the 10% difference in condition ratings after showing them why a club is not as rated.

 

I have also bought on ebay and through the website many times.

 

YMMV I guess.

 

The part I edited out was that I used the ebay return policy and had no further problems post mentioning that to the rep.  The huge issue for me was that I was talking to the guy and sent pics of two iron soles that had horrific rock gouges and he said "that's normal wear and tear".  That's when I had to invoke ebay and request a return tag. 

 

It was a bad experience and yes I must be an outlier but it happened and the guy on the other end of the phone was clueless about club conditions or he thought I was.

I read through the return process and will get it done in the morning. Honestly, I’m pretty bummed because this is a club/shaft combo I’ve been looking for for a while. TEE E722 with the Ventus red 4t core shaft.

Will I violate the terms of returning it unhit if I put the shaft in my C721 head and hit it a few times?

Unless you break the shaft or take off the sticker on it, they’d never know 🤷🏽‍♂️

On CPO, it’s pretty much no questions asked for returns, long as you’re within window. If there’s a big mistake like wrong club model/diff shaft, I’ve had instances of forgetting to call about mistakes and them owning up to it months later. 

 

That was the lesson I learned.  I had been a CPO customer since 200x and had never had an issue.  One time they reshafted a driver for shipping costs, great experiences until the iron set incident.

Add me to the list of customers that live CPO.  I’m honestly a little surprised other OEMs haven’t caught on and tried to copy this model.  I’d think TM with the amount of clubs they pump out yearly would be a great candidate for a TMPO site.  They had one for awhile but it went down and turned over to Global Golf years ago.  Maybe it’s not profitable, or staffing?  Either way love CPO

nice! the one I ordered in "average" condition arrived last week. Top line and crown were fine but quite a bit of sole wear. Someone really enjoyed hitting this off the ground! Debating whether I should keep it or wait for a better condition. Got it for a a screaming deal though... leaning towards just keeping it at the moment but will keep an eye out during the 2 week return window.

My BRNR 13.5 in like new was delivered. Got it for just under $200 after tax. Doesn't look like it's hit a ball. Disappointed that it didn't come with factory headcover, but for $195 it's still a steal.

Free shipping too as I recall as this is where I picked up a cover for mine. You also can choose between the 2022 covers and the 2024 cover if you like the newer cover better.

In case anyone is wondering, they won’t do 20% off on the AI putters. Called my normal rep and they said they can only do 10% off on those. Has anyone been successful getting 20%off on the new AI putter line?

CPO is doing a whatnot livestream for the first time and it's an epic cluster. They just sold a bunch of items for $1 like drivers and etc. To the same 3 guys.

Looks like some clowns that are well versed in this (new?) app grabbed them all.

WhatNot has been around for a while. I haven't checked it out, but one of the YouTube golf channels (StackedGolf) constantly mentions it as where they sell the clubs they find in their videos.

How often do you come across putters that aren't Odyssey? I know Camerons tend to show up occasionally, but have you ever seen a PLD or Spider, etc. anything like that come up? I see that they're listed for trade-in value, but I so rarely hear of anything else
