Callaway has generally been awesome from my experiences.  Last one was not good but they took care of it.  I did have to argue  to get a full refund  (they wanted to refund everything but original shipping cost).  It was an Epic Max LS  in "Like New" condition that had a huge chunk of paint missing from the club hosel, Previous "Like New" and "Excellent" condition items have exceeded expectations.  This time was disappointing. 

 

Whoever cleaned that driver head used some sort of abrasive chemical.  Or they overused a Magic Eraser  (I will not use Magic Eraser on clubs.  The fact they chew up fabric is enough to give me pause about using one on a golf club.)

The only clubs I've ordered from CPO that disappointed me on condition were wedges. This being the latest model it is probably fine, but in the past I've received wedges with more wear than I expected. 

 

OTOH I've also traded in some wedges in similar condition during 2x promotions so it works both ways I suppose.

Either he grabbed them during the last 35% off sale or CPO does bulk sales I havent seen yet.

 

Id be surprised that people dont just shop and CPO and instead would buy from his store at a marked up rice.

No matter how good your price is there is nothing that beats CPOs return policy, trade in, and buy back. This is why CPO is king. When in doubt, just buy it and you can always return it. What other golf store you can name that does that

I recently bought a Ping G430 5 Wood from CPO with a shaft that was listed as just Ventus TR 8, i.e. without the "Non-Velocore", and it came as a non-velocore shaft.
