I heard that they are shipping by Tardis during the warehouse move... so you can receive things before they were sent or even a month after.

Does that just get credited within 45 days or is there a way to track it somewhere through capital one?

It usually gets paid out within 90 days from my experience. You can track it through the offers part of the app. If it does not get paid out within the allotted time, every time I have called, they have manually issued the refund for the percentage of the amount I was supposed to get back based on the purchase amount on the statement. Works great, I use it all the time for a ton of different brands that are offered through it.

I just got a new kind of discount code from CPO. It's a stackable 10% off for a birthday (works on top of any current sale) - instead of the usual blanket 25% off.

 

Never seen them do that before.

Didn't pay much attention to inventory over the long weekend but when I looked today, CPO seems to be starting to build back their "other brands" inventory. Everything 30% off plus Rakuten doing 15% back was enticement enough to pull the trigger on a putter! Always wanted to try the Cobra/Sik/DTC faces, picked up a '24 version of the Stingray for ~$70

Anyone who placed an order within the past few weeks running into a shipping delay?  Placed an order last Monday and status has been stuck on processing, called CS to inquire and was told that the products are processed to ship.

Yeah, not as long as you have been waiting though. Order placed on Thanksgiving and still processing. I reached out to Cole and he said its been crazy, but they are working through it.

My order from last week shipped and UPS says "We have your package" as of yesterday. Hasnt moved from Ft Worth yet, though.

 

CPO used to be outside Austin, but maybe theyre moving to Ft Worth which is causing this cluster of logistics for them right now.

I placed an order the morning of Dec 5th, got a shipping label confirmation on Dec 6th, and notification that UPS has the package on Dec 8th

I wonder if the weather in the last week or so has held things up a bit, too? The putter I ordered left the new warehouse relatively quickly, but shipped on the 5th and is still not expected to arrive until tomorrow--which for me is maybe 1-2 days behind what I'm used to from CPO

Cobra stingray showed up today--wound up being the '21 model, rather than the '24 that was pictured on the CPO listing lol so a little bit of age/wear showing, but I've def played worse

 

At <$80, price probably should have been a tell, but it sets up just about perfect to my eye. Seems to put a good roll on it, too!
