They’ve been fine to work with for me and I’ve probably bought 3-4 drivers, 3-4 wedges and 2 or 3 fairway woods from them in the last 4 years. No issues whatsoever with them. Always get my full trade value and usually their shipping is super fast.

It's undeniable that CPO has dropped the ball big time since the warehouse move--the problems are certainly more annoying when compared to their reputation in the past.

 

But depending on what you've got/what you're looking for, I still think it's worth the convenience vs. the seller's BST experience most of the time...

If they keep sending me like new Scotty’s for $90 and tour issue equipment never at retail for much of the same pricing they can do whatever they want to my orders.

No every few weeks, though. I have a list I've made over time of things to ask for going back to when I started this thread.

 

I have a loooong list of inventory items from the CPO system some of ya'll have probably never seen on the site before 🤣 - but, that doesnt mean its in stock.

This was listed as a tour club with the Tensei 1k Blue 80TX.  I bought it for the shaft expecting the standard TD head just with a tour serial number.  It was listed as 15° and didn't say anything about being a T version.

How does everyone like my '21 X Forged UT 2 iron with elevate s300 shaft?  2nd order in a row, and 3rd out of the last 5, that they sent me the wrong item.

I guess the rumors are true. Ordered a putter on 5/27/25. Charged immediately, putter still hasn’t shipped and now the order doesn’t show up in my order history. They haven’t reversed the charge on my card either.

as long as the Jaws identifies itself as a X Forged UT 2 iron i think we should support it. Golf is 99% a mental game.

Recently their website is almost unusable.  It fails to display product inventory and half of the filters don't work at all.  The site basically doesn't work at all on mobile.  It used to work reliably before they made the last set of updates.

Looks like a 240-260 yd club to me. Just make sure to hit down on it ................... a lot....................... a whole lot!

And make sure to swing hard.... real hard!!!

I ordered a club on the CPO website and a week later they refunded me saying it wasn't available

also had to go through my rep for an order placed on regular callaway because they didn't credit me the 50% trade in bonus on a trade in

 

growing pains across the board it seems

I think what we are learning is that the Marketing budget is much larger than the Customer Service budget.

Sorry dudes. I started this thread 3 years ago when there was more upside than down. Seems to be reversed these days.

 

I see a few good finds here and there but tbh I dont buy nearly the amount I used to from CPO. Maybe 1 thing every few months.

 

The clearance section being gone, shafts being gone, shipping taking a week, refunds taking a month, etc...it's no longer fun.

agree on the bold. As someone who was a tinker it was great to have this option. However since I couldn't tinker at a reasonable cost it caused me to move on and commit to a different setup.

Yes they do... but shouldn't customer service first be about getting it right.. and not just fixing what you screw up? 

I'll give them an A+ about taking care of stuff but a B- on delivering the right club in the right condition which is too bad because once upon a time they always exceeded expectations all the way around.
