Durable Spikeless Golf Shoes

Last year the sole on the lead foot of my Adidas Tour of Xt spikeless golf shoe separated from the rest of the shoe with less than 20 rounds of golf.  I tried the Ecco Biom H4  next, but after a year the same thing happened.

 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a durable spikeless golf shoe?

Have had the same problem with multiple pairs of Adidas. Boost mostly. 

 

My Trues have been very durable. Frankly it's my stance/finish that wears them there, however these have held up very well.  Multiple pairs in their 2nd/3rd season without any major separation.  

 

For trues though, you need to know if you like zero drop (OG/KnitII model) or the Lux sole, mid drop and narrower fit.  The issue there being they don't sell in stores, so you have to try and return...never had a pair I didn't love.  But did finally settle on Lux sole.

I was going to suggest Eccos, but you've already been there. Might be worth checking out some of the more "traditional" (i.e. goofy looking) Eccos - particularly the Yak leather models.

 

I can't say I've ever experienced the phenomenon you describe with golf shoes, maybe I'm not as hard on them...

 

but, my Ecco Biom Hybrids have been great.

Asics Gel Course Ace are very solidly put together. Stable, excellent waterproofing, great grip and durable soles. Quality of materials and construction was much better than Footjoy Pro SL when I looked at both in store.

 

I've played the Asics for about 12 rounds so far and they look pretty much new.

Just bought a pair of Footjoy Fuel shoes.  They seem to be wearing fine, though I don't have many rounds in them.  No visible wear in about 3 rounds and many trips to the range.

I have had very good luck with Footjoy Pro SL. Nubs wore out not the shoe itself.

Thanks all for the recommendations.  I've been researching and I think I'm down to the Asics Gel-Course Ace, Footjoy Fuel, and may give Ecco another chance with the Biom C4.

As was I. I have a couple pair of the OG Biom Hybrids that have very little wear on them. It must be 10yrs nows.

I've had no issues with the Payntr shoes that I got this summer.   A lot of range time and walking the course with them.  No issues with slipping or durability so far.
