Good question, I don't think so though. That Stealth+ 3W is a tour issue HL version, so around 16.5*. Jumping straight to a 20* 3i means that the 16.5* lofted up to 17* fits the gapping (assuming a tour 1.5* sleeve), whereas delofting widens that gap quite a lot. Higher lofted driver + weaker 4w + 20* 3i makes more sense than 7.5* driver + 15* 3w + 20* 3i, especially since that 3i isn't a hollow distance design.

3 iron had a shaft swap to a 90g hzrdus smoke black and they got the sw back up with a ton of lead tape.

It’s probably team issue only. If Arkansas golf has any sort of booster club or membership that’s sometimes how you can get that sort of stuff (make a donation). OK State actually has their own shop where they sell those kind of things but that’s the only college golf program I’ve seen that does that.
