The stability shaft is much more stout than the All in. A lot more feedback to it as well. If you want an LA golf shaft at 1/4th the price the All in is a great option.

When you say feedback, do you mean on mishits you get more feedback?

I’d say overall with the Stability shaft being much more stout you have a much better idea of where on the face you hit the putt. Centre/high/low/toe/heel. Much more apparent. The UST All-In had a more uniform feel across the face.

just fitted an All In to my Newport 2+

I have played the Stability, Accra and LAGP

Fit/looks are most on par with LAGP. Rough finish and a nice matte black look.

Feel - I would say is more in line with Accra. I get a lot of feedback on strike still but its incredibly stable, I would say weight and feel its between Accra and LAGP. I would say its the further from the Stability (which I actually hate/felt click to me).

TL/DR - I think it closer to the Accra but not far off the LAGP at 20% of the latters price.

For those who have the all graphite straight tip, didn’t any of you tip it to firm it up?

Because pxg fulfillment was terrible.

6 days after I ordered it, yhe shaft still hadn't shipped. I ordered uncut and no grip put on. 6 days...not shipped. It would have been another 4 days just for it to get to me after it shipped. $130 and 6 days and no shaft. I canceled the order, paid $100 and had the all-in 2 days later.

Ahh okay thanks for the response. From the sounds of it the PXG shaft is the most stout of them all.  Seems like it would have been a great option. Glad you are liking the All-In

From the time I've had with the all-in and the demo I did of the m16, either one will basically be the same.

The all-in had to grow on me. I found speed control to be tedious initially. I've spent a good bit of time with it and I like it a lot more now. Idk if it's the shaft or not, but going from steel to all-in has significantly reduced pulls. I had to increase headweight by 6g when I went to thr all-in so not sure if it's the shaft or the headweight...but I recalled my Saturday round last night and I didn't have a single pull.

Hi all- might be a basic question but what are the pros and cons of a super stiff shaft?

my PLD custom has a black step less shaft, which has been done. PLD has an option for their graphite shaft but was told it is super stiff. Was considering a cheap graphite shaft to try out and was considering the all-in, which I could send in for PLD to install or go with rhe PLD graphite (the retail one is softer I believe but this is the super stiff one).

I want to say that there was some talk early on that the Ping shaft is possibly the All-In or at least very similar.  UST makes their graphite shafts still I think.  So, they may be very similar.

I have 3 identical Odyssey Seven putters with three different shafts.

  1. BGT Fire
  2. UST All-In
  3. Stroke Lab

I am going to test them on a Quintic putting system.

From just a feel perspective, the BGT wins by a significant amount.  From a looks perspective BGT also wins.

I will post the quintic numbers when i get a chance to test them side by side in the next week or so.

Any update on this. Just had a Quintic lesson and am looking for a new shaft for my flow neck putter. Looking at BGT, UST all in, and a PXG M16.

I have my appointment scheduled two weeks from now when I get back from vacation.

After playing with them numerous times, the BGT is by far the best feel, stroke lab and UST being very close for 2nd/3rd.

Probably this week or next.  I ordered my irons from them and will swing by to do the putter shaft test when they come in.  Their shop is a bit out of the way from me.

In case you are interested I posted a note on a competitor forum about my short visit to Indi Golg in Carlsbad, they make hi-spin conforming and non-conforming wedges.  They also have a line of hi-tech putters but that is another time to visit.  I am aoing to ask my local fitter / store about putter shafts.  I have a Scotty mallet and a K-mart mallet that I might re-shaft and re-grip with big fat grips.

I’m looking at putting the retrofit shaft in my Scotty.  The Scotty shaft is .390 and the tip connector on the retrofit is .320.  Any thoughts on such a significant gap between the All In shaft tip and the receptor shaft?  If I slather the tip with extra epoxy would this work?

Thanks all!

Has anyone here bot a PXG putter with their M-16 stability shaft?  Anybody like the UST All-in?  I like my current putter and would invest in a new shaft.

I like everything about the all-in except 1 thing...pace. It slows down ball speed off the face. I don't need that.

Sturdy feel is great.

Feels in control.

Allows you to play heavier head weight.

But, in central florida, where greens run 7 in the summer, I need all the ball speed I can get off the face.

I currently have a PXG Blackjack with an All-in shaft. I just ordered the next Gen Blackjack with the M16. Although not apples to apples with the new tech in the latest Gen. I'll give my opinion on it once it arrives. I feel like my putting has improved since switching from a normal shaft to the All-in. I was going to go all-in with the new Blackjack, but I figured I'd have 2 different putters for different green speeds. So far I have to give my current setup a bit more because the greens are slower on certain holes where I play.

Just received my new Blackjack putter.  I rolled about 200 putts from 10, 15, 20 ft using my Exputt. I felt like both shafts are very stable. All-in has a heavier feel than the M16. I didn’t notice any difference in the feel of the shafts when putting. I like them both. I really like the feel of the ball off the face of the Battle Ready II. You can feel the ball spring off the face compared to the original. I feel like I have to give it more with the original Blackjack. It could be because of the countercore. I was gonna counterweight the new one, but decided I’ll keep it stock for now. I’ll use this one for slower greens and the original for faster greens. I’ll probably take the countercore out and see how the roll against each other. No ping sound with the M16 shaft. It’s more of a softer thud sound than the other one. All around I like the improvements they made on the BRII Blackjack. The slightly bigger design is actually nice and I like the silver color as well. At least for now. I haven’t seen it in the sun yet. After a few rounds with it I might mess with the weights on the bottom of the putter to dial it in more. Great job again PXG!
