Srixon XV

For 2023 the XV is advertised as the ball for swing speeds over 100mph and i believe it has 102 compression. 
When I was ordering, I picked the Diamond for the reason of it being advertised as 90mph and up with a little less compression. 
 

I played both the XV and Diamond last year and will try both again this year. 
 

I do wonder how much different the 2023 models are.

The SS to Ball Stuff now is pretty much Irrelevant. My SS is around 95 and the XV is the best ball I've ever played. It's long for me and spins great off the mid and long irons. It also spins enough around the greens to check up just enough for me. It just flat out works! Not saying it will for everyone but you can't really go on what companies says about the SS. I think test have shown that doesn't really matter.

Absolutely, it’s better to try them sleeve by sleeve than to just go off what the manufacturer tells you. 
I will pick up some XV myself regardless just to try this new generation. 

Both balls worked well for me in the past I have no issues using both.

just bought 4 dozen of last years model for $120 from DSG. That was with the $20 code. hopefully am set for the year

My swing speed is probably just a bit slower than yours. Through my own testing I felt like Srixon XV and ProV1X worked well for me. I then did the Ping Ballnamic and XV was in the top spot. It works very well for me. Slightly longer than other balls and plenty of spin around the greens. It felt a bit firm at first, but now I like it and the feel is really good.

Just got the best deal out. Had $15 coupon from GG plus another $20 reward. So I ordered 4dz 2021 Z Star XVs since it's the best ball out there (For Me), and got them for $28dz. Not a better deal out there as for as I'm concerned!

According to Srixon’s website both the XV and XV Diamond are rated at 102 compression. For those who haven’t visited the website it is very well done and features a ton of information.

It may be 102 compression but to me it's just right, doesn't feel hard and doesn't feel soft. It's right in between. It actually feels more like a 90 than a 102

I don't think they did. I tried the Diamond and didn't like it, the XV is much longer off Tee for me than the Diamond. The XV ismy one and only ball now. I've loaded up on the previous model.

They have stated sometime this year they will release it in yellow.  I prefer a softer ball, even with a good SS. Love the AVX, really liked 💎, but not a fan of white golf balls anymore

The more I play this Ball the more I love it! (Previous model). I've played 3 rounds with same ball and it still isn't messed up. I matched my lowest score yesterday with the XV I shot +3 74! I'm glad I have 6dz of these XVs

I'm glad I bought 5dz of these XVs! I just shot my personal best of 71 with this ball. Great ball and at 34dz its a great price!

I have played both prior gen and new XV and on course I can't really notice a difference. I know this may not be super helpful but right now all I'm saying is if you liked the prio gen XV, there should be no reason you wouldn't like the new XV. I will update as I play more with it.

I have not compared the 2 because i liked the Prior gen so good i don't see the need in paying more for the newer version. I am still playing the prior model as i got them for 28 bucks a dz so i loaded up
