If your divots are wide and even and you like your ball flight, no need to change lie unless you change hand position.

Yup. You shallowed more there and your hands moved only a couple of inches up and out from address position.

Unless you’re unhappy with some aspect of your ballstriking or ball flight (besides what you look like in slow-mo DTL video), my advice would be to dance with the girl you brung and play golf, not golf swing. 

 

It wouldn’t surprise me at all to learn you were a +2 to scratch player (I’m on mobile and can’t see your index, if you listed it in your profile). And if you’re not, that swing could certainly get you there.

If you MUST tinker with it, something that works for me (also 6’3”, older, 1° up, longer clubs, tendency to get steep) is to shallow AMG/Monte/JRose-style (the current huge thread) and get my hands down sooner with the feel to get them as close to my right pocket as possible while right hand feels palm-up and right wrist is bent backwards in full extension. Another feel that works for me is to focus on address hand position (in peripheral vision), and then hand path through impact (trying to bring them through the same spot relative to my feet), instead of ball focus. 

 

Just note that if you do manage to get your hands lower and closer to you at impact, your ball flight is going to be more left and draw biased than what you’re used to, unless/until you flatten your lie angles, or rotate harder through impact with a later release (fade pattern).

Rory one of the best at getting lead shoulder to line up with hip and ankle. Don't have to get it as forward as him but you are tilting too much.

You are still driving your right elbow too much towards midline in your rehearsal. Bad one on left (red avatar), good on right. A little is ok I would imagine but I think you are going to have to exaggerate it for awhile since you do it to the extreme.

This would be an entirely new pattern for you. This pattern, which I assume has been similar for the majority of 25 years (correct me if I’m wrong) is unique in that your arms provide most of the outward and forward component in your swing. 
 

You probably already know this but the majority of the “out” and “forward” movement of the arms is commonly provided by the body in tour swings. The independent downward motion varies a bit player to player, but is some combination of body and arms.
 

In your swing it’s the opposite. The right elbow driving so hard provides nearly all of the out and forward while the body stays relatively passive. This is a matchup that has brought you to around scratch level. 
 

For you to be able to execute this change, from a feel perspective, you would have to learn to let the arms provide only the down and allow the body to take care of the out and forward. 
 

This is a massive change for a player at your level. It’s not my place to judge whether or not you should make it.

well you def. aren't steep anymore or driving the elbow so looks much better to me. Will just have to play around with it to find the right ballflight. I actually need to mess around with it myself, been too cold here.

looks like early extension to me... the pelvis is pushed forward towards the ball on the downswing which causes you to come up out of your posture and your hands get raised as a result.

Just an update. Been drilling the Rose/AMG drill. Far from full speed but love the looks of it. Need to see ball flight as well.
