I do wonder why it’s not getting more hype?  He’s dominated the field this week putting.
 

Both Wyndham and Ricky were close to the top of the field in strokes gained tee to green in their wins, and mid (20th-ish and 40th-ish maybe?) pack with putting strokes gained yet everybody was talking about their flatstick and nobody talking about them absolutely peppering flagsticks on approaches….Ricky’s playoff hole anyone??

Good question.  I know Rickie amd Wyndham improved a lot with the new stick.  Harman’s had that a while so not so much of a novelty is my guess.

Could be that.

 

 My hypothesis is more people have tried a Newport/answer style putter or spider putter and have had meh results.  The novelty of the jailbird gives hope!

May not be an Odyssey Jailbird, but still a lot of hype around making putters longer and heavier with a high MOI head and long grip. I don't know his exact specs, but Harmon's putter has a 15" 128 gram grip on it with. Length looked to be about to his waist, which is longer than standard.

Was wondering the length of his putter was. He’s only 5”7 so I better is less then 36”

Maybe SC doesn't make a left handed putter in the style Harmon likes. If so I think SC will start.

Definitely longer than the 34” he used to play with that putter… at least it looks that way.
