UST Element Earth Shaft (Old but still AMAZING)

I recently started golfing again after quitting about 6 or 7 years ago. Before I quit, after trying many many different driver shafts, I settled on UST Attas MK shaft (Prototype) which is same shaft as UST Element Earth shaft.  Considering this shaft came out about 10+ years ago, I thought this shaft would be obsolete, especially with so many new shafts products out in the market for past several years not to mention new graphite technologies.  I guess I was totally wrong.  Recently, as I was working on getting my swing back, I bought couple of new drivers (new but few years old models like Srixon ZX5 and Titleist Ts2) along with tons of new driver shafts which includes, Diamana TB, DF, BF, UST LIN-Q purple, Gunmetal M40X Prototype, White and Masters Edition Lin-Q which I was told it's Lin-Q Blue (Personally it feels similar as White but I don't have Blue to compare). Also just for fun I bought New Element Earth since was cheap on ebay.  

 

After trying out all these shafts, I can honestly say that UST Element Earth is still an amazing shaft and can go toe to toe with any of the newer model shafts despite the fact that they been out for 10+ years. 

 

It's very smooth but stable and have clean feel. 

 

If I was to compare shafts with what I listed above, it's somewhere between Diamana DF and BF but slightly more stout/stable feel or if I was to compare with Lin-Q series, it feels like Lin-Q Master Edition shaft but slightly lower launch. 

 

If anyone is looking for amazing shaft with very economical price, you should give Element Earth Shaft a try.

My trusty gamer is 10+ year old Miyazaki Kusala Black 61X.  I dabble in various Velocores and others, but that Miyazaki has the right blend of low weight and tip stiffness that have made it a fairway finder for me / my swing ( though not the longest ).   If it works, it works.👍

I have always enjoyed those shafts. I loved the fire shaft. I thought the feel was amazing. I get stuck messing around trying to find expensive fancy things to play, but I am getting to the point where if it works, it works!
