Good lord, people like beating up on Phil on here like he’s an Everlast speed bag…

 

I thought the clip was very entertaining. Its amazing to see how good these guys are when they are relaxed and playing for fun but with enough competition to make it matter. Really enjoy hearing the thought processes for the shots they are hitting. This to me was more entertaining than most of the other golf I see, outside of majors and the like. 

 

And in defense of my fellow lefty… Love him or hate him, the guy has got a lot of charisma and is definitely an entertainer. He may not be everyones cup of tea, but the dude keeps it interesting if nothing else.

That was great match. High level golf. Very cool to watch pros in a casual 2v2 match. Definitely wnat to see more pro matches like this. Not sure why folks are disliking it.

475 yard hole.  BDC has 132 for an approach.  We have a 470 yard par five on a local course here that will get your attention and yet these guys are driver-wedge or driver-9i at most into 475 yard par fours.

I find him entertaining. But I also find it entertaining that he'd be held up as an example of a "real man's man from the days of yore." 

 

Phil is 100% a guy who would've have paid someone to take his place in a landing craft on D-Day. Let's not kid ourselves.

No, the volume was on at home. I just don't need 24/7, 365 constant incoming spam by every single media outlet.

 

I get it, it's a 'free' site and with that comes BS, but I have never in my life clicked on a display ad or video and I never will. You'd think the AI overlords would have written me off at this point and quit sending me junk.

 

I will add, btw, that when I am out and about, all of this spam (ads, unwanted videos) is being paid for by ME because they are eating into my allotted bandwidth.

@m d g Your comment made me realise that i haven't seen a single auto-play video on golfwrx, whilst using Google Chrome browser (with the AdBlock Plus plug-in extension ... other alternatives available eg UBlock Origin?)
