Rory has some of the strangest unforced errors. I've never seen someone at his level so regularly miss wide with a scoring club when there is *no* trouble and then go directly into trouble when it's there. For a prominent drawer of the ball with all the room in the world to the right i'm stumped how he misses twice in a row short left, then several holes later he hits it closer from 283y out. 😂

It’s perplexing how poor his wedge game is at times. Rory should go back and watch his 2011 US Open win. That was some of the best wedge play I’ve ever seen, he was hitting so many different shots and was sticking all of them

One day, hopefully soon, Rory will learnt the hold off wedge shot and be above average from 150-100 yards. DJ can show him how to make it work.

Never gets boring when Rory’s up there, long putts drained, three-putt from almost tap in, brilliant shots from the rough and drive in the water on last. And a quadruple earlier. You never know what to expect.
