There is actually a lot T350 talk in there, it's just tough to find it in the 2500 some posts.

I have the T350 5-P in the Steelfiber I80, I'm coming from the 2021 T300 and previously the T300 2019 and 718 AP1.

I can tell you honestly, the 350 are miles better than any of those irons in every aspect.  Coming from the AP1 you will notice an increase in distance.  But more so you will ntoice a better looking iron.  yes it still has a slightly thicker top line than a lot of irons, but I think a little less than the 2021 T300.   The feel is the most improved aspect of anything.   With a Forged and milled face you truly get a very nice feeling and sounding  iron.

I’ve hit them a couple times now and they certainly tick the boxes on feel and looks.  The only thing is the 9 iron and pw look so big down at the ball don’t know if I can get over that.  You find any issues with those so called scoring irons?

You know, I haven't' really been bothered by that.

But here's a new wrinkle, that I talked a lot about in the main thread.   In addition to the full set mentioned.  I ordered a 7 and 8 in T200 and 9 and P in T150 to make it an ultimate combo.   I think made a mistake with the 150.   In addition to them being  probably out of my paygrade as a 17 index, I thought I could handle the 9 and P.  But the biggest issue is the sole size difference between not only the T350 and the T150, but the T200 and 150 as well.   I have been hitting very clean and solid strikes with the 200 and 350.  But today several times with the 9, I just plain stuck it in the ground.  I know turf interaction is a huge thing that many that play the 150 rave about.   It's just with me being more of a picker I think the slightly rounder sole of the T200 and 350 work better for me.  Today there was a prime example.   Three times I had a distance that called for my 9 iron, all three times I stuck the 150 9 iron into the ground and was about 15 yards short.  So the last time, I decided to go with my 48 Vokey which with an easy swing is about 20 yards short of the 9 iron.  But I stepped on it a bit, and hit a near perfect shot 15 feet right  of the flag.  So there is definitely something with my swing and the 150 soles that dont' get along 😞

So no, the size of the 350 scoring irons don't bother me.   So I'll end up going back to the full 350 set or heck maybe ordering the 9 and P in the 200 and just have a 200/350 combo.

Yeah, I’ve also hit the 150 & 200 a bit and for me I see no discernible difference with the supposedly more forgiving 200.  Matter of fact, I hit the 150 much cleaner for whatever reason.  It’s just every time I grab that 350, it amazes me how easy and effortless the ball flies.

For years I played AP1 (712) 5-iron to 8-iron, and AP2 (714) 9-iron and PW.  The AP2 were much more fun to hit pitches and chips, and even 3/4 shots.

I have T300 (2021) now in 7 to 9-iron, experimenting with different Nippon shafts.  When I get that squared away, I will probably pick up a T350 6, 7 and 8-iron, and either a T200 or T150 9 and PW.

I think Titleist knocked it out of the park with the new T-series especially with the T-350’s as my last 2 times out I have been playing with a sore lower back and I’m so amazed as to how effortlessly it is the still hit GIR as they are very forgiving even on my off days of not hitting the sweet spot.

Miles better in every aspect? That's a pretty high bar. I have a fitting coming up so we'll see if that holds true for me.

Just to be clear I was speaking in regards to the 712 AP1 of the OP.  If you were properly fit into those T300, you wont' get miles more distance maybe a few yards  But yes, miles in every other category.   I think you'll be pleased.

yes I have 7/8 T200 and 9/P T150 as a combo option in addition to the full 350 set.    I really like the feel of the T200 and may add the 9/P there to just make it a 350/200 combo.

Anyone need a T150 9 and PW  🙂

Has anyone who is playing these new 350’s previously played any Ping G series irons? Could you speak to differences between the two? Also, is the trail edge visible in the 4-5 irons?

Taylor Made Sim 2 10.5* set at 11* playing at 45”

PXG Gen 2 0811X 3W head set at 4W loft with a 5W shaft, my 345 wood

Nike Vapor 5W head set at 7W loft with a shaft cut to 41” so a 6 wood?

I currently have the G430 also.   I had the 430’s a couple months before the 350 and liked them a lot. So the 350 has a high bar to clear.  And they have sailed right over them.   While there isn’t much distance difference and the 430 have an improved feel and sound over the 425.  The 350’s are a clear winner in the looks, feels and sound category to me.

On the T350 there is a bit of the bottom visible on the 5 iron.  But it’s disguised pretty well by the backing of the club.   It doesn’t bother me at address.

I don’t have a 4.

I agree with this summation.  I had the G425 irons for a month this summer, and have now gone to the T350.

By the way, what is a 5-iron?

It’s something in my bag that reminds me of my younger days.   Ha

Seriously though, this one pretty easy to hit.  I’m not long at all, it’s a 160-165 club for me.  Although I have a TSR 24 hybrid coming that I may turn up 1 degree to see if it’s easier to hit that 165 to  170 number.

I came from 2019 T200 to a set of 5-W T350 and 2023 T200 with project x lz 6.0. The T350 have been nothing but amazing and super easy to hit. My GIR is up over 20% since putting it in my bag. So I ended up selling the 2023 T200 cause they were nothing but hooks and draws for me. And kept the 2019 T200 as a back up set.

I have a combo with T200 48* - 7iron and T350 in the 5i and 6i.  I think I probably made a mistake with the T200's.  Yes, I can hit them just fine, but about a club shorter than my 2021 T300's.  I think I'm going to replace the 7i - PW with the T350 just to regain the lost distance.

I have the new T350 in a 5 iron and love it.  I’ve always struggled with my 5 iron shots off the deck like I think many here.   Super easy to hit off the deck.  Flies high and far for me, forgiving, perfect descent angles.  Looks good, feels good.  Going to be my new best friend in bag for many years to come.  I honestly can’t think of a better 5 iron for me that would do any more than I’d want it to do.  I don’t  want to stir up the pot here with rest of my setup but this club I really like.  It blends well with any club in the beg.  Stand out.

I went with the Tensei stock senior shaft.  It was a Titleist rep that fit me and I was a little suspicious with the results.  I've always been fit 2* flat and he went with 1* flat.  Always went with 1/4 to 1/2 inch short and he went with stock length.

Same shaft I got in my T200 but in R flex.   I trust almost every Titleist fitter I've encountered.  But we've been lucky in the last 3 years that they have been doing fittings here at my place, we have had the same fitter.  That is a bit odd on the discrepancy.

With the graphite shaft senior flex, there might more toe droop - so go 1* more upright.

When I was fit with T300 and Fubuki senior shaft, the Titleist fitter had me 2* upright, while my AP1's were 1* flat with 105T shaft.

(I have since gone back to 105T shaft or 950 NEO, so am playing standard lie.)

Following this thread as well. I am playing TCB and have played so many players irons in the past. I have kids now and don’t play as much. Maybe t350 is the answer to easier and stress free golf

If you're coming from TCB, you may find the move to full on T350 a bit too much of a good thing 🙂   Maybe a 4/5 in T350 and  6 on down in the T200.   The T200 are vastly improved over everything you may have heard about the previous Gen.   Great feeling club, great looking me even as I float between 17-18 I can hit the 7 down pretty comfortably.

I think that is a solid idea. I don’t need any distance but am just looking for something to go straight and have more misses end up closer to the green instead of short and left with my current iron. I will give the T200, P790 and i525 all a chance next spring for sure.

I had the G425's and although they were "okay" I never really bonded with them. Short irons felt clunky and seemed to lose distance, overall feel of the set was less than ideal. In comparison the T350's that are now in my bag are lightyears beyond the G425's in looks, performance and feel. I feel the ball compression with the T350's, the G425's were just more of a "hit" if you know what I mean, I'm glad I sold them and have no regrets. I don't know about the G430's - but just guessing that I'd also prefer the T350's over those just due to the hollow body construction - that's a drastic difference - these are different animals.
