It looks as though this head is now for sale on ebay by crsmith1234.  He initially said this was cracked and wanted a refund because it was shorter than his driver.  Now it is for sale on Ebay, and he says it is a "cannon".  I don't see anything in the Ebay ad about being cracked.  Just wanted to give members a heads up, as it seems there is more to this saga.

@crsmith1234 so is the head cracked as you argued when you wanted to return or is it actually a “cannon” now that you want to sell it? Both things can’t be true, can they?

I’ve have seen it too. Think he told the OG seller it was a different head that his went back to Callaway 😂 Would love to see the serial number since he has taken so many up close pictures of the toe area… as if it actually isn’t the same head. 
 

We all know Callaway will NOT replace a tour head with another TC head.

I hope so , but what a coincidence aye. 
If I had such a bad experience with one that “cracked” so easily and was not producing nice high draw 300 yards bombs like my current gamer , I sure as hell wouldn’t buy another.

The marks that were called "cracks" are clearly shown when you zoom in on the face photo #9 in the Ebay ad.  Coincidentally they are in the exact same spot.

I know to put him on my ebay list (to never buy from).  He is obviously a liar if he he said the head wasn't good when he bought from you but is now calling it a "cannon"

I see he has other items for sale...a Circle T, some Jordan 11's, a TM wedge that is tour issue, etc.

Hi guys. I’m the OP for that original thread. Someone had brought this ad to my attention already and I chose not to post the ad in my original thread. 
 

The ad doesn’t change much to me. I knew what he did. I think almost everyone in the thread agreed with me when they saw the evidence (with exception of the couple people that decided to attack me for some reason). PayPal also sided with me. Also while I was really pissed off in the beginning, I toned it down a bit.  I expressed this if you read through my posts in the thread. That’s because I think he was just trying to return a club rather than scamming me or stealing from me.
 

Now was it a crappy thing to do? Yes. But in the grand scheme of things not totally malicious and there are lots of way worse scammers out there. 
 

The buyer has since apologized and that’s good enough for me. I’ve moved on. As people have pointed out he has lots of positive feedback and done many transactions. It’s up to you whether you want to deal with him or not. I’m quite sure the club isn’t cracked if you want a tour issue Paradym. I’ve been told it’s a cannon.

NoCalHack, congratulations on receiving your Tour card!  I reached out to the seller on ebay and asked where he got the head.  He told me he received it from a Tour player that he knows.   He used it about 15 rounds but messed up his elbow and had to stop playing it.  It is  a cannon though.  he would not give me the serial number and said that was reserved for the buyer of the ebay auction to protect the Tour player's identity.   I also called Callaway Customer Service.  They said a Tour Issue driver head that is cracked will be replaced by a retail head since they "don't stock Tour Issue heads."

 

 

Seems like a decent, stand up honest guy 😁

Well, it did come off the tour van. That I can 100% vouch for.  At the Genesis Invitational.  Could've been issued to Xander or Rahm but unfortunately it was not.

 I don't doubt your story one bit.  I have a sneaky suspicion the buyer of that clubhead may be told that  Rahm himself passed it up (though I think Rahm uses a 10.5 and his is a 9 degree).  I only checked with Callaway since the story was he returned his to Callaway and they replaced it.  

 

Strangely, the ebay item listing says it is an 8 degree head.  In the item description, he says the loft is 9.2.

It's a 9* head. Just more deflection to try to get rid of the same head. The head now has what looks like a 9g and 2g weight , where when he bought it , it had 2 9g weights. That would explain the difference with a little hot glue side treatment to throw it off... boy ole boy 

 

Both serials in both listings start with "TCF2......" just about no denying its the same head.

As soon as he was made aware of the thread ,the eBay auction ended. I’m sure it sold simultaneously.

In a  lot of his items , he makes statements such as "no need to worry about authenticity" claiming he bought the products directly from the manufacturer.  The Scotty Cameron putter is just a  modded putter, as noted above .  He claims it is the closest you will get toa  Circle T without spending $10,000  (no idea if that is true or not--I don't price Circle T putters).  

 

The Jordans have an asking price of over $1000.

Ok me and the seller are good so I will give you my side.   Again that is the 2 that matter here but all you guys like it so here is stir the pot.  Long story short I could not get this head in the air. Like my other driver so I just must suck because. I had my club pro hit it and it’s fine. So apologies to seller I keep my old driver. Then listed this one. 

 

Never said I sent it in to callaway. I said I was going to send it in but had my club pro hit it and found out I just suck.  So hope you’re all happy with this reply. 

 

As for my eBay stuff I can ask whatever I want for my items if you don’t like the price of my shoes or putter you don’t have to buy them.

You are correct.  You can ask whatever you want for your items (people do it every day on ebay).  

 

So is the driver head on ebay the same one you bought from NoCalhacks?  Or is it a different Tour Issue head?

Everyone in that thread matters because you assured us all we were wrong and the head was 100% cracked and refused to provide 0 proof. Then the eBay listing pops up and people are skeptical since you guaranteed it was cracked and then magically a “deceptive” eBay ad pops up
