Looking for a new member to join my semi-private Bergen County, NJ club

For five years I have been a member of a group that has a corporate membership in a semi-private Club in Bergen County NJ. I love the course and the guys that I play with, but I now live in Florida and don't plan to re-join in 2024. If you are interested in taking my place in the group please DM me and I'll give you the details. There may be room for a second person to join the group. Here is some info:

 

Location: 25 minutes from the George Washington Bridge. 15 minutes from Paramus

Golden Era Course. Excellent, fun, challenging design with elevation changes and awesome greens. Always in great condition

No initiation, bond or joining fee. No assessments

Less than $5,000 per year per person dues

The group has two tee times every Saturday, Sunday and Monday Holidays from the opening of the season (typically mid March) through first week of November. 

Our tee times are 7:30 and 7:40 (except early spring and late fall when tee times start between 30-60 minutes later)

You can make any other tee times by calling the pro shop before the tee sheet becomes open to the public

Other than your annual membership dues, there are no other fees or charges except a cart fee which was $30 per round in 2023.

If the group doesn't fill our assigned tee times you may bring guests. You may bring guests to any other tee times you make. Guest fees are less than public rates

Pace of play on weekend mornings is 4 hours 10 minutes or less

How does a "semi-private" club differ from a public course, which offers season passes?

I can't speak for all semi -private clubs, but at this one members have access to make tee times two weeks in advance, while the public only has access to whatever tee times are left over 7 days in advance. Weekend mornings are reserved for members unless the members don't use their weekend tee times, in which case the public can buy an unused tee time. There are also leagues and tournaments for members only.

 

I'm not sure what a "season pass" gets you (or if it's the same form place-to-place). Does it allow unlimited play all year? Members at this semi private can make as many tee times as they want all year without paying a green fee, but they do have to pay a cart fee.

Sounds like a season pass to me.  "Semi-private" does sound nice, though,
