Started watching a show called “beyond goodbye” on Netflix. It’s a Japanese show about a man who meets a woman and gets her dead fiancée’s heart & absorbs his memories. Kinda cheesy but the cinematography and background score is superb.

Wrapped up s2 of squid game. Thought it was a 6.5/10. Enjoyed it up until the finale. Also started this one show called light shop. Sick show

Ok light shop is one of the best shows of 2024. I’m only halfway thru but once you know what’s going on the show slaps. One of those shows you want to enjoy

I just watched “The Gentleman” on Netflix. The scene where Colin Farrell is showing Charlie Hunnam the video of Big Dave with the pig had me crying laughing. The manner in which Farrell spoke of the incident was pure gold. “I was there and I’m still in shock.” “Yeah, you can’t unsee it” “pure nightmare fuel.” Thought movie was pretty good but that scene was awesome😂

Just started Squid Games S2, really enjoyed the first season but keeping expectations tempered for the follow up.

I actually enjoyed the season up until then but that ending just destroyed it.

I believe season 3 is filmed and will be released 2025, it was director's choice to end S2 this way.

Yeah, I was bummed on S2 ending, pretty good otherwise, just hope they don't wait a year to release finale.

Say Nothing on Hulu is clearly one of the best shows of the year. Pretty much true story of the IRA origins. At times dark and a little hard to watch but a LOT better than the usual trash on TV

Started watching “the glory” on Netflix (on ep 😎 and this is a great show! The characters are so layered and the protagonists motives are well justified

Dune is split into 3 parts, just so you won't be disappointed when you watch part 2 and it also ends on a cliffhanger 🫠

i always heard "house of cards" was good and never watched because well there's too much politics everywhere, anyway. But finally did, so 1st season is great, loved it but by mid 3rd, i wanted these people to fall in a pit of boiling cow dung. Probably won't finish it...................... "Landman" & "The Agency" keep getting better.

 

Find of the year has been "SCTV" episodes on Youtube, it scattered but most all of it is there. Loving it. Epic stuff.

Silo on Apple is terrific if you like dystopian sci fi. And Rebecca Ferguson is always worth watching!  Season 2 started a little slow but finale was outstanding

Heck, I only just last year "discovered" Suits and watched all the seasons.  LOL.
