Saw the roast of Tom Brady on NF. Loved it, I hope this becomes a regular thing again.

MILF Manor is the best representation of our fall, and while I don't want to watch, I almost can't NOT watch now that I have tapped into it.  It's like the car crash you know you don't want to see.

Would be better if it was more like a roast, lol. Delivering POV with wit & humor is high art.

 

Yeah, no doubt the show was over the top in many ways and real funny. Glasser and those two guys with mustaches were savage.

Glaser was a highlight for sure. Kill Tony dude also stood out to me.

Very watchable featuring 

 

Awesome karate! And general violence, mostly with fists and hand to hand weapons. And some very decent nudity (female) 😬

 

Set against late 1800s post war San Francisco and the waves of Chinese immigration, gangs, and strife around civil war vets vying for their piece of the pie along with crooked cops and politicians

On HBO, a doc on Staxx Records "Soulville, U.S.A.". Excellent watch for music fans about the history of Memphis soul in 60's & 70's. Sam & Dave, Booker T., Issac Hayes & Otis Redding to name a few.

Is like a Twin Peaks kooky with cattle ranchers and this big hole in the ground that does time travel😳

 

 

And binging Entourage while I eat lunch again, Drama hysterical never gets old 🤣

Kevin Hart could have spent a little less time critiquing everyone else's spots.  Thought that was kind of awkward.   "No Hard Feelings" is kind of cute.  A chick flick mostly but Jennifer Lawrence makes it fun for the guys also.

My wife and I started watching this a few days ago. It can be a bit cheesy at times, but not bad. It reminds me of a mid-lower level Tarantino movie with the style. I will say, I have never seen a Tarantino movie I didn't like. 

 

My wife has gotten on a different path lately, and has been watching a show called The Chosen. I've watched most of it with her, and it's a pretty good show. New season starts this Sunday.

Since I ended up getting a Paramount+ sub, I figured it was time to watch Star Trek: Picard.  I had previously watched S1, but as I am apt to do, I couldn't remember much of any of it, so I re-watched it before starting S2.  I didn't know that Lea Thompson (Back To The Future) had directed some of the episodes.

The Tourist on NF is good. Jamie Dornan as an amnesiac with psycho killers after him in Australia but…he doesn’t know why 🤣 Some great action and funny too, interesting role for him

 

He was excellent it The Fall, serial killer series with Gillian Anderson. Thats really good, it’s on Prime still I think

I watched and enjoyed season 1. They lost me on season 2.

I haven’t been to this thread in awhile, but came to mention “Your Honor”. We just finished season 1 last night. Great season and great finale. I had seen the 1st episode a long time ago on the Roku Channel, but we didn’t have Showtime so that was all I could watch for free at the time.

Good to hear from you, TS! Hope you are well! The wound from the Stars’ loss has healed, although I really thought they had the team to take it all. I’m not much of an NBA fan, but I’d rather see the Mavs win than not. Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen, but I’ve invested zero time in the series.
