budget hybrid shafts. Need some rec.

hey guys need some help..

 

Im doing a small shaft experiment. I need some recommendations for some cheap HYBRID shafts. Im talking <$30. Nothing more. Need some suggestions.

The Aldila NXT GEN NV Graphite Hybrid Shafts have always been good, $29.99.

You can use any .370 iron shaft for a hybrid. 
Graphite Design makes a very good inexpensive iron shaft G-Tech.

There are lots out there, can you be a bit more specific?   desired weight and stiffness profile?

 

And FWIW - ANY iron shaft (steel or graphite) can be used in a hybrid so don't limit your search to just hybrid shafts.

 

So that mean just looking at golfworks.com - you have ~32 shafts to choose from.

 

If you want my personal favorites at $30 or less:

Just got an Aldila Tour Blue from Second Swing at a real nice price for an older Adams hybrid .

Tell us what IRON shaft you play, and if they are a good fit for you?
Will this hybrid be a direct replacement for a long iron? then what iron #?
What shaft do you play as the shortest wood?

I got a Tensei orange 70 gram with a Ping tip for $15.50 sipped on ebay last month. Does that fit your budget?

Global Golf on the Bay has some great deals on older Titleist Mitsubishi hybrid and fairway shafts. I bought some of both, $9.99. Just pull the tips and trim to what you need.
