Superstroke should have stayed in their lane. Majorly disappointing. Heck, own Lamkin and keep the brand going under the superstroke umbrella.

Stopped at a local GG today and they had all of the new line in at least one color minus the Crossline 2.0 cord. Here are my impressions: 
 

Crossline 2.0 - the standard size felt similar to the cobra arcos crossline 360 with slightly less taper in the lower half, but also felt like the upper half was a bit thinner. The reduced taper in the lower hand was very noticeable on the midsize and jumbo. Very strange decision to go +4 with this one but none of the others (+2 would have been a better choice). Overall a step backwards from the classic crossline IMHO.
 

REVL Player - very similar to the UT+ but with a rougher texture (which is welcome). This one felt the best out of the new offerings to me. 

REVL Element - upper hand was similar to the UTX, lower hand felt a bit undersized and walls at the opening looked thin. Wouldn’t be surprised if this one flopped. 

REVL Comfort - less tacky and different texture than the sonar wrap (but similar size). I am not a wrap fan so I am probably not the best judge, but sonar wrap users will likely be fine with these.

I wonder if down the line well get a direct sonar + replacement. Love that grip

It's not. There's another cord grip they have that looks like UTX pattern though.

The Crossline 2.0 cord is the only full cord in the new lineup (but I have not seen it in person). The upper half of the REVL Element is similar to the UTX cord, but the lower hand is not.

Stocking up on Crossline Full Cords. I had a set of irons for 10 years and never changed the grip. I pull and reuse many times over. Sad news.

Just stockpiled a ton of Crossline and Cords for our shop. Still disappointed they got axed.

Anyone see the Crossline 2.0 cord yet? I am very interested in giving them a shot and I think the increased lower hand is great. I have been using GP Z cord mids for a while now, durability has generally been OK but my last grip change was middle of May and I am about a dozen rounds in since then and my driver grip already has wear spots in it with minimal practice in between rounds. Unfortunately really feel like the GP quality has gone down recently so I am looking for something new. But there are just so few cord options out there

I've been a long time Golf Pride Tour Wrap user and have been begging for a Tour Wrap +4. That REVL Comfort intrigues me. Gonna need to stop by GG or PGASS and check them out.

I just picked up a set of Crossline 2.0 Grey from GG.  Won’t get a chance to hit them until Sunday but the initial feel test they feel fantastic.  I love the reduced taper without the grip feeling larger.  The biggest improvement is the feel.  The easiest way for me to describe it is imagine the Crossline 360 but a tad softer with MORE grip.  Not tacky, but like the rubber is the equivalent of Blizzaks vs All-Season Tires.  I feel like I can hold the club with minimal pressure and don’t have to worry about slippage.  Tacky to me means there is some stickiness even just touching the grip. These just have significant traction.

 

We will see how they hold up after a round in some heat, but if they do I’ve found my new grip.

I've switched from Golf Pride MCCs to Lamkin Crossline Oversize over 10 years ago and never looked back.  I hope Superstroke does not screw around with the original formulation and production of those grips.  I remember hearing stories of the current Project X shafts weren't the same as the originals before TT bought them.  Most likely because TT didn't use the original machines to make them.
