Yes but ymmv, 2 GG’s I went to in MA would only give the bonus on 1 club (the one with the highest value) and the others would get the regular value…sounds like GG has been hit or miss for people so I guess it depends on management/whoever is working that day

Do an order over the phone. I had the same issue. Called and got he order through in 5 minutes through the rep. Their guys are amazing.

Sounds like this is what everyone is doing now. I wanted to change length on an order I placed yesterday & I am currently..... the 42nd caller in line lol

New to the thread...anyone finding retail stores honoring the deal and how are they treating the fine print compared to the callaway site. 

 

seems the callaway site allows multiple clubs to be trade in to purchase a single club, say a driver. where the fine print in store allows only a single club of highest value to be eligible for the 2x value. 

 

hoping to go retail so i can trade in and get an in store off the rack model rather than wait for shipping.

I just did the trade in at PGA SS and they gave me double trade on all clubs. They used their values which overall was around $10 less overall but I wanted the club for this weekend so I was good with it.

I placed an order with Cole yesterday.  Asked if I could do the trade in and get the 2x and hold out for when the TD Max was back in stock and he said he couldnt do it.  They're expecting the TD max to be back in from what I heard was August/September?  

Ended up placing an order for the AI Smoke Max with a GD VF.

just received my TD yesterday but really wanted the TD max...figured if I don't like it I can return it before the 30 days and keep the credit for when the TD max is back in stock...what are people getting for head weights in the TD  and TD max? mine weighed 193 grams...that seems light??

This is a great idea I hadn't thought of. I was slightly surprised to see the long lead time for a pretty stock build but maybe it will work in my favor if it pushes out the 30 day trial window...

Tried too.. was on hold for a long bit.. never talked to anyone. Found a couple places locally who will do the 2x trade in bonus, albeit using the PGA Value Guide. I have one reserved (set aside with my name on it) to pick up in the morning.

I've had a few heads of each and all came in exactly at 194g.  You have to remember Callaway's sleeve is heavier than other OEMs, so the head weight is lighter to keep swing weight in check.  Head weight plus sleeve weight is in line with most retail heads.  

 

That said, I have increased the weight in mine, 20g in back 10g in front with a counter-balanced PX RDX Blue shaft and my ball speed has increased significantly.  This is a really fun head to play with.  It's got a lot going for it.

wow, I ordered on June 19 and received my club June 27 with stock Denali Black...I sent my trade in clubs on the 20th...I don't know if that mattered or the kai'li shaft that much of a delay?

are Callaway adapters heavier than titleist though? most titleist driver heads weighed 195-196 grams from my experience....luckily I already had a heavier 17 gm weight from my old epic sub zero that works.

So 1-2g lighter than a Callaway? 

 

FWIW, I believe a Callaway sleeve weighs 9g and a Titleist sleeve weighs 8g.

Those are the best I've ever seen.  Never seen any other OEM do a 2x like Callaway.  On top of that, Callaway's values are great and there is no playing/adjusting them for promos.

I ordered a driver and fairway wood 6/12 and they shipped 6/28.

Has anyone waited until they received their order before sending their trade in?  Want to upgrade my hybrids but want to keep my shafts. Was thinking of sending the stock shafts with my trade in’s.

Yes, I took out all the shafts from the clubs I traded in and replaced them with the cheapest shafts I could find because I wanted to save the original shafts. They don't give you anything extra for upgraded shafts.  I think you have 30 days after you receive your Order to send in your trade-ins.

Well. Just took advantsge of another trade before it expires and have a Ai Smoke 3 hybrid with GD 75 shaft on the way.  Traded in a ai rossie putter and got $300 for it. Net cost with the upgraded shaft waa $58

Yes, still broken. Been weeks now—I can’t even fathom how they haven’t fixed it yet. I have gift cards to use, and want to trade stuff in, so it is really easier when I can do it on the site. But I’ve had stuff stuck in the cart for weeks that I can’t delete, edit, remove trades, etc.

It's almost as if they're keeping it broken on purpose to stop people from cashing in on this.  I'd bet the cart works again the day this is over.
