Is it just TD Max people are having issues with?

 

I don’t understand all the site broken comments.  See my post above earlier today ordered a hybrid no problem.

They don’t care what shaft they get as long as it fits the club properly. In my 3W I kept the Diamana ZF I had.

About to pull the trigger on an AI Smoke 3HL. Free except for tax. Trading in my current 3w and several older clubs i wasn’t using. Pretty much cleaned out my older unsellable clubs between this and the Mini340 purchase. Less than $100 out of pocket.

I've been having the same issues documented by others here.  Finally able to get it to work with Brave browser on desktop.  I did have to completely clear out my browser cache and website data.  Not sure if either of those were just a coincidence, but things worked perfectly after that.

They probably F’d something up with the way their cookies are working and their cart caches/sessions on their servers. They know what’s in your cart on the server and that should be telling your local browser what’s in your cart on the main site. I assume that when you go to checkout it loads that into another payment session or something for e-commerce payments. I’m just guessing here, but there is clearly a cart saved on their end because it shows when you try to checkout. 
 

first pic is the cart from the site, next is what shows when you click “checkout” from an empty cart like the first image. All the stuff (items to purchase and trades show, but you can’t remove anything).

Thats what I thought but seems like I have read that some have done hit more than once so must be that they setup another account with Callaway.

I traded a set of irons for apex CB’s.  Two weeks ago, I received confirmation from Callaway that my irons were received…but still no credit. The estimated delivery date for CB’s is not until Sep. I’m wondering if I will have to wait until I receive the irons before I receive my credit?

Yes, I was charged the full price of the CB’s almost immediately after the trade.

Callaway received (per UPS) my clubs on June 17th. I haven’t received any notice from Callaway, but I called them today and they confirmed my trade was approved for full value. Said it would be a few more days before credit hits my card.

You should've gotten an email confirmation for your order and you'll see it there.

My trades were received 6/18 and still nothing as well.  I haven't called to check either.

Did you experience any website issues with the "cart" when you made the trade?  I attempted a trade, added to the cart, but then, when I go to the cart to pay/check out, it says my cart is empty, with nothing showing up.

It logs you out of your account, log back in and it will save.  If it doesn't, log into your account first, then start adding stuff and what I described will happen.

Thanks for the tip, but I tried this and it still says my "cart" is empty.  Strange thing is that cart icon at the top right says I have "2" items in the cart.  But, when I go to my actual cart, it says empty.

worked ok for me.  it was a little clumsy but it worked.

Weird, try clearing your browser cache maybe.
