I have been having same issue. Both on my phone's browser and on the computer. It showed up when I go to checkout, but won't process paypal or CC.

 

Additional question, the promo shows max $500 per customer bonus. Anyone tried doing this on multiple orders or does it stop? I got in on the 1.5x last time and already did a 2x order for my wife. I have more goodies I want to trade in. I'll risk that if the site let's me do it that I'm gold, but curious if anyone else tried that.

The issue was that I did not receive an email confirmation of my order/trade, only the UPS label was emailed. 

 

I just called Callaway CS and he pushed the email back through so I do have the email confirmation now which does include an Order # and a Trade #. 
 

Strange that I would get the label but not the confirmation email.

 

Something’s just get lost on the internet, but I’m good now so hat I have the confirmation.

Same here.. Found my Order/Trade confirmation email in the "Updates Folder" in Gmail. Not sure why it ended up there...

Check your spam mail. For some reason the order confirmation receipt was in the spam folder.

How am I supposed to read this? When I go to check out it looks like there is only a $500 trade credit vs. the $1000 referenced here. Seems like others have had similar issues, so just wondering which one is correct?

The 1st trade credits: $525 is the actual credit for the items you're trading.

 

The "$500 trade bonus limit" in red is the 2x trade bonus you're getting on top of that $525. $500 is the max bonus allowed.

 

You're getting a total of $1025 in trade credit.

Still hoping they restock or at least preorder 2nd batch of TD Max drivers before the end of the 2x bonus.

Has anyone here ever trade in a set of irons that were adjusted (shortened/lengthened, loft, lie etc) by their local shop? Did they deduct off the trade in value because it was worked on by a third party instead of the original manufacturer? Thanks in advance.

Last week was my first time doing this Callaway2x thing. And ive read through some of the posts (here and the other forums) and by the sound of it, they don't much care about that. They'll take anything you have provided its on the list. And if its not on the list, pick the closest/most similar club on the list, and chances are theyll accept it. If not they send it back to you.

 

Their main objective is to have you bag a Callaway club, and then hope you like it, and buy more Callaway. So send whatever you have laying around. And hope for the best. i mean whats the worst that can happen ???

Welp. I bought a driver. Did I need a driver? No. In fact I am very happy with the one I have. And testing didn't show much in terms of gains from any combo I tried.

 

But I had a ton of stuff laying around and the double trade in got me about the value I'd hope for (or more) from a handful of clubs without having to go through the hassle of selling. So worst case I can give someone else a good deal on this one and only have to sell 1 thing. Thanks (I think) WRX

Anybody else having issues with the Callaway site? Anytime I add a club to the cart or trade-in screen, the cart shows displays as "empty". Unless I go to "checkout", where there is about $5K in merch waiting for me to pull the trigger lol

I'm still getting that error.  I've tried clearing my computer's cache/cookies, and it works for like adding the club I want but as soon as I start trading in stuff, it goes back to where nothing shows up in my cart.  I'll probably just call callaway in the next week or so.

I had the same issue last week and called Callaway, the gentleman I spoke with was not aware of the issue and said he would report to the proper department. I was able to get the same deal(actually better) by taking my things to Edwin Watts. I tried the PGASS first and was not satisfied, tried Golf Galaxy next, less satisfied, but Edwin Watts really hooked me up. PGASS and GG were only giving me double trade bonus on my highest valued club, not the entire trade. My point here is A.) Golf shops are honoring this with Callaway and I didnt have to ship PLUS they gave me the trade value right away, no pay and wait to get reimbursed. B.) E Watts is awesome! I got brand new smoke TD three wood and a smoke 7 wood and left with $95 in store credit. For comparison, i traded a stealth2 3 wood(decent shape), and tsr2 7 wood(did have tour ad shaft) and 3 old cobra ladies clubs, THATS IT. Might be worth some of yall to try in person. Good Luck.

I have a trade that hit their dock on 6/5 that I haven’t received my trade in credit yet.  This also was the 150% trade credit I believe so I would assume it’s only gotten slower.

Now that is pretty awesome...wish there was an Edwin Watts near me to take advantage of instant credit.  I know Callaway has done the 2x deal multiple times, so part of me wants to hold out until the TD Max is back in stock, but then there's a part of me thats saying just get the Max.

They have me a TD max supposed to be here Wednesday, hoping it shows up before my tourney Thursday. They are bringing it in from one of their other stores. This is just one of those rare times everything works out perfectly.

According to everything I’m reading about irons sets, must be at least 5 consecutive clubs including pitching wedge. So basically at least 6-P.
