Currently lost again

I've been on a very long, very frustrating journey of trying to improve my swing.  Due to lingering back pain and entering my 40s, I decided I couldn't continue my long backswing, no hips, all timing swing.  Over the last 3 or so years I've been working on a more shoulder driven backswing, using my lower body more, trying not to hump the ball and "shallowing".  The main problem is that I've been all over the place, trying to pick up things here and there that make sense to me.  I have stretches where I'm hitting the ball really well and times like today where I feel absolutely lost.  Today is one of the days where I feel like I'll never touch my goal of becoming a mid single digit handicap.  I recently re-visited the No Turn Cast concept and the casting at the top of the back swing, motorcycle move or whatever you want to call it to shallow finally makes sense to me.  It's been great for my irons, but a disaster for my driver.  Today, it was a disaster for everything.  Every iron I hit was a pull draw, almost every driver I hit was a hook, pull or really, really low.  Almost every ball I hit today was near or off the toe.  I did have a stretch where I was hitting what I consider good shots, when I was really trying to feel my hips and butt driving the swing but as always...I lost the feel after about 5 swings and couldn't get it back.  If I had to self diagnose, my sequence is all off,  I'm still hanging back and just can't get the sequence right to get forward before the end of my backswing.  It just doesn't make sense to me...anyway, all I was able to get was this angle today, range was pretty busy so no front on videos.
